Appliance Repair reviews in Framingham, Massachusetts

I fix Appliance Repair company is best. Kyle came on time, diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and repaired quickly. He did a great job, and I would highly recommend him.

Khayal was prompt in responding to our call to repair our dryer. His pricing is fair, quickly responsive, and he does great work.

A gentleman came to look at my washing machine. It was not spinning out for me. When he tried it, it worked with nothing in the machine. He gave a couple of potential problems, said the machine was old and parts would be expensive to replace and that I should consider getting a new one. He offered no trouble shooting advice. I went into a local shop to look for a new machine. The man at the shop looked up my model, told me it was 7 years old and probably did not need to be replaced. He gave me instructions on how to clean out the system to see if that would help and that was exactly what I needed. This person offered this information up no cost. Very disappointing to pay 120 dollars for zero information.

KHAYAL came right after I called, showed up on time, diagnose the problem immediately, told me I needed a new unit. I was impressed that he didn't try to sell me a repair that would cost more money. Very impressive

Great service!! He came the same day I called! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing appliance repair.

Farid was fast, responsive, and fixed our dishwasher quickly. He could have easily charged us for an expensive part but did the honest thing and just repaired the issue (got food out of the drain pump). Very glad to have his help.

kayal did a quick and fair job fixing our oven - highly recommend!

I can't recommend this appliance repair company and Khayal highly enough! After a wonderful weekend away, we came home to a dead refrigerator. Ugh! It was 4PM and we needed to find a place in a hurry. Searching the internet we found this highly rated company. They answered the phone immediately and had Khayal at my home first thing the next morning. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and was very easy to schedule installation of the replacement part on a future date. Not only did the replacement take very little time (under an hour) he took the time to show me how to replace the water filter and even searched for the right part. Knowing that my washer/dryer will be the next thing to go, I know who to call and who to ask for! Thanks again for GREAT service
