Constraction reviews in Framingham, Massachusetts

Recently we have just finished up a renovation of our MasterBedroom and Master Bath . Jose and his team at Exponential Construction have done a Fabulous job on all aspects of this project.

I am A Licensed Constrution Supervisor and in March had to have Surgery. I had planned on doing alot of this renovation my self but my recovery made that prohibative. So ,I hired Jose who was an aquaintenace at church and there are NO REGRETS. Under his supervision the project moved along quickly and on budget.

The attension to details was great and his crew and the sub contractors he brought in were all very profeesional and completed all their work in a timely manner. The site was left clean after each work day and Jose does an Awesome job at communicating with Me ,the homeowner /costomer and all the workers. We were all always on the same page.

We look forward to having Exponential Construction back in the near future to over see some other renovation Projects.

Very Happy & Satisfied

Jose is amazing. Prices are reasonable and he and his team did an excellent job at remodeling my basement. The rebuilt my basement from the ground up and he even helped out from a design perspective. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project you may have!

Jose and his team did a fantastic job on my home addition. I wanted an attached garage and they promptly got the building permits and got right to work. I manage a building supply company and am an avid DIYer but these guys greatly impressed me with the end result. They did the excavation, footings, foundation, new slab, demo, framing/beam installation and siding I couldn’t have imagined it coming out better. I will be highly recommending Jose and his crew to my customers in the future.

Jose & his team did a fantastic job on replacing my house exits stairs. The stairs were shaky and unstable, it was basically a hazard. In two days, Jose and the team did a incredible job! The stairs look beautiful, they are stable, strong, and up to code. Highly Recommend

Jose was wonderful to work with. From our first phone call to the end of the job, he is one of the finest and most courteous builders out there. The communication between contractor and homeowner was superb which was one of the reasons we ended up hiring him for the job. Professional estimates, fair prices and within budget at the end, we love our pool deck. We will 100% be referring and using Jose and his crew again.

Thanks Jose!

We had Exponential Construction Corp. convert our screened in porch to an all-season room. The room looks better than we envisioned. Jose and his crew do really great work with attention to detail. From start to finish, communication was clear and thorough, and they were on time and budget. They addressed any question we had in a timely manner, and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend them and will absolutely use their services in the future.

ECC was great! We wanted to upgrade our deck to get it up to code and done with composite. Jose and his team were excellent. They handled everything from start to finish and were very responsive. They finished well before we had originally thought they were going to. Will definitely be call them for the next project.

We absolutely loved working with Jose and give him our highest recommendation. We recently bought a new house and have had our fair share of contractors come and go through it, and Jose and his team have been by the far best: responsive, respectful and diligent, and we love our new French doors and office! Jose’s team was so easy to have in our house for the project; they were quiet and tidy, and Jose went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with the design during the planning process. We will be having them back for our next project, without a doubt. Thanks, Jose!!

Adding an update (Nov '22): we used Jose and his team again for our kitchen backsplash install and beadboard work. Once again, they delivered quality and timely work, they were great to have in our house, and we are thrilled with the result! Thanks Exponential team.

Smooth and seamless process from start to finish. The team removed and replaced my deck in <3 days (and generously repaired woodpecker damage in my siding while they were here). Communication was reliable and friendly. I recommend Exponential very highly. Best contractor experience I've had over the years.

Jose and his team are truly exceptional. My husband and I bought our first home one year ago, and have hired ECC for three projects now. Being first-time home buyers in this economy, our house has come with numerous projects. Right from when we first moved in, our laminate flooring was bubbling and snapping boards due to the excessive heat and improper installation. After getting numerous quotes that were far out of our price range, and contractors telling me that this was a sign of much deeper issues that would cost me thousands, my husband and I were ready to rip up the boards ourselves and DIY. Thankfully, we called Jose! He gave us a clear explanation of what the issue was, a low price to reinstall the affected areas, and had someone out in less than a week to do the job. Nearly a year later (and plenty of excessively hot and humid days) and our floor is still perfect! Since then, we have had him out for two more jobs and our experience has been consistent - low price, and exceptional quality. And, on top of it all, Jose is a genuinely kind person that makes dealing with a stressful project much easier.

Imagining future remodels and renovations becomes much easier when you know you have a contractor that you can trust to get the job done right!

Jose and his team are fantastic. They do excellent work AND they are punctual, polite, and affordable. They helped us remove a wall to merge our kitchen and dining room, and then they built a granite bar/peninsula off our kitchen counter and they replaced all of the ceiling fixtures in both rooms. We are very happy with the results - they did a great job, they worked efficiently and got the job done within a few weeks of requesting a quote, and they quoted a very fair price. I would highly recommend Exponential to others!

Phenomenal work. We hired exponential to bump out an interior wall (Frame and finish)and mount an electric Fireplace, mantel, and tv. It looks great and really completed our living room

I would highly recommend Exponential Construction for quality, reasonable cost, and good customer service. It is nice to have a contractor who listens to customer and Jose is the one. He and his staff delivered an excellent decks that we were not sure. Thank for your excellent job!

Very professional and on time had the work done and completed in record time.i will definitely come back for more projects done

Exponential Construction fully finished our basement, making a large home theater/entertainment room and three other rooms. They also installed a large (and extremely heavy) beam so we could remove several posts. The work was excellent every step of the way and the finish work was top notch!

Jose, his Project Manager, and everyone on his team were extremely professional, patient, and hard working. The crew put serious hours in everyday and always cleaned up when they left. There was always clear communication, no surprises on price and Jose worked with us on financing.

I’ve worked with other contractors in the past and Jose is a step above the rest. He was always willing to listen and work with you on changes. I knew I could trust him to be fair and follow through on the details. I highly recommend the Exponential team!

Jose and his team were responsive, professional, meticulous, on time, and and on budget!

They repaired drywall and then painted the concrete walls, ceiling and floor in my basement working carefully around all pipes, vents, wires. It’s made a huge difference and I’m delighted with their work!

We have now used Exponential Construction two times and both experiences have exceeded expectations.

1) Our first project was to repair significant water damage that had occurred on our personal house over many years do to a badly designed second floor deck. Jose and his team were professional on their assessment and quote for the work. Once hired, the team was working long hours getting the necessary repairs in place to prevent any further damage. The completed work was phenomenal and our house looks better than it ever has. Entire experience working with the team was great.

2) A year or so later we needed work performed on a rental property that we owned. We never hesitated to give Jose and team a call again. The team showed up on schedule and completed the work ahead of our expectations. The entire apartment was updated include all new floors, remodeled bathroom and new painting across the entire apartment.

We highly recommend Exponential Construction for any home or commercial projects and would be happy to speak to anyone who is looking for a referral.

Jose & his crew at Exponential were outstanding, in every way! The work completed was of the highest quality. He extended our deck, installed sonotubes & extra supports; built privacy wall with windows with laser cutouts & installed mosaic tile on then inside of the privacy wall, installed skirting around the bottom of the deck, moved the deck steps & installed a patio. He is very professional; on-time, & on-site almost everyday to oversee the work by his crew. He has also hired a project manager who was great to work with. The total price for the job came in exactly as quoted. He worked with us to make us achieve everything that we wanted. I have wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and have done so to four homeowners. Thank you, Jose for a job well done.

Jose and his crew were very professional and great to work with! Highly recommend them! Quality of work is excellent, very trustworthy — we left the house to them, and they’re so easy to work with. Would hire them again for sure!

We hired Jose and team to complete a major kitchen and bathroom renovation project. We could not be more thrilled with the entire process. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgable, and truly cared about their work. I am looking forward to more projects with EC in the near future!
