Constraction reviews in Framingham, Massachusetts

Andrii and his team did an amazing job replacing our old deck. They answered all of my questions and were very efficient. Our deck was old with rotting wood. It had some structural damage that they fixed as well. I would highly recommend them.

The door installation crew guys were knowledgable, friendly and flexible. They went with me over couple of options (with trim and light fixtures) that were discovered during the process until we figured out exact details. The final look is great, very happy with the crew and the company representative Andrii.

Andrii and his team were excellent to deal with throughout my entire project. I inquired online and Andrii came out quickly. He was honest and fair in pricing for what we were looking for. He ordered me a Marvin slider door and communicated with me every step of the way. His team was hard working, meticulous, and efficient… and the door looks absolutely beautiful in my home. I would definitely use UBrothers for other home related jobs- They have also done beautiful work at other homes in my town as well! Thank you, Andrii

We used Ubrothers for a big exterior project: removal of wood siding, installation of new hardiboard siding, new azek trim, new windows on entire house, and new gutter system. From the moment Andrii responded to our online inquiry, he was a pleasure to work with. We spoke to about 8 people about our exterior job and Andrii was the only one to provide a professional organized quote. We are so happy we connected with Andrii's team for this project. Andrii was very helpful with our window selection to ensure we would be happy with the quality and look and he also helped us figure out an entire new window construction to change the look and opening of our set of 5 casement bowed windows. In term's of pricing, Ubrother's pricing was straightforward and fair. Ubrothers was a bit delayed in starting our project, but they made up for it in terms of speed of start to finishing our job. The workers were very respectful, hardworking and clean. Overall, we are thrilled with the result of our big exterior renovation!

Andrii and his crew (Omar was the lead carpenter on site) were exceptional from start to finish. Andrii was communicative and helpful in creating a plan. He was able to pivot and make changes to the overall design, without hesitation. He is very knowledgeball with construction, having worked on an install team for many years before starting his own business.

Ubrothers did a full gut of three layers of siding on my 100+ year old home. This required 3 large dumpsters of debris to be taken off site. At the end of each day, they swept, did a magnetic nail sweep and blew all the dust out of the yard.

They put an inch of foam, sealed all joints with tape (to create an air barrier), and then installed white JH clapboard siding. They also put in all new construction Marvin windows, and a new roof. Andrii was also able to work with a spray foam company to get my roof spray foamed with closed cell form the outside -- something they don't offer, but made happen because I wanted it.

Andrii's quote was reasonable, and all the line items on the contract was followed to precision. He even did a few additional things without upcharging us. As you can see in the pictures, our dream home was realized. They subcontracted out a metal roofing team that finished the three awnings on the outside.

I am extremely picky person when it comes to construction as I have experience doing a lot of this work. Andrii was patient, and rose to my high expectations each time. When there were miscommunications (as there always will be in this large of a project) he quickly found workable solutions. Feel free to ask Andrii for my to ask any questions.

Brian and Corey

I was talking to seven siding replacement companies before I’ve decided to work with UBrothers Construction. I was impressed with their reasonable price, exceptional knowledge on a subject and job schedule terms. Project was done 100% according to the contract and all big and all small but very important issues were addressed properly and quickly. Definitely, I will work with UBrothers again in the future and already recommended them to all of my neighbours.

Andrii and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We had a portion of our siding replaced and the process was easy. The job was done in about half the time and at a little over half the cost of another quote we received. We are very happy with the result!

12/2024 update
We just had UBrothers for another project- they fixed the flashing on a leaking vent pipe. They were timely and the job was done well, just as before. Thank you!

New construction windows added to an old home is an invasive process, requiring strong carpentry skills, siding removal and replacement, in addition to the window installation. UBrothers performed very efficiently over three days leaving the site inside and outside clean and organized at the end of each day. The results were excellent.

Andrii and the Ubrothers team did a great job on our house! We had the team install Hardie plank siding with pvc trim and aluminum
wrapped facia (plus install two new windows). Andrii was great with communication and the team worked hard to get the project done
in the anticipated amount of time. This was especially impressive since the team had to work through the brutal heat that we had this summer.
On the last day, the team did a good cleanup and Andrii did a walkthrough of the project with me and made sure all the small details
were taken care of. If I had to do this again, I might ask the team to be a little more cognizant of the shrubs surrounding my house,
but even with that, I would absolutley hire Ubrothers to do my next project.

After consulting and receiving quotes from several reputable contractors we decided to go with UBrothers for a major siding and window project.
It was indeed the right decision. Andrii came out several times to consult on the project which was a complete tear off of vinyl siding from the 80’s along the original underlying wood siding from 60’s.
The new siding is all Hardie Plank in Country Lane Red which is extremely solid.
In addition we replaced two large casement windows on the back of the house in the dining room and kitchen. I opted for 400 series wood and aluminum for durability and to keep in character of the house.
The team at UBrothers showed up on the scheduled date, on time and ready to go. The team was very respectful, meticulous, hardworking and professional. I was immediately impressed by the team’s solid work ethnic. They used state of the art equipment, tools, safety equipment and best practices. Communication was constant throughout the project. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed. Clean-up was done daily.
From the competitive quote through the demo/tear off and install UBrothers did an outstanding professional job.
Highly recommended!

Our patio door needed to be replaced. UBrothers provided the most competitive quote for a new Marvins Essential fiberglass door. I really appreciated how transparent their website is with pricing. The project manager Andrii was responsive with all communications. After the door arrived (needed 8 weeks of lead time), the install was scheduled quickly. The crew came in on time in the morning and finished everything by noon. They replaced everything from the trims to the kickboard and did an amazing job. I really appreciated their attention to detail. Safe to say, I'm definitely coming back to them for future jobs.

Very Satisfied !
We worked with Andrei as a project manager to replace 10 windows and a exterior door on a 3 season porch to make it into a year round room. (The old windows were 'jalousie' and not energy efficient). It was a 'sensitive' replacement as we wanted to match the high quality and energy efficient 2 Andersen Woodright 400 windows in the rest of the house. Andreii worked with us to make sure our (expensive) order was correct, so we got what we wanted since they are an Authorized Andersen installer. Other contractors bids were not as precise.

Also, the team that installed them did excellent work. Since I'm a bit of a handyman, my plan was to do the finish carpentry (to save some cash, and because I enjoy doing it). The installation was square and level and gave me a good base from which to do the finish work.

Andreii was always there to answer questions, and address any issues, and the team was efficient and always cleaned up afterwards.

You will find Before and After Picture below.
I still need to add the crown molding, and some corner trim, paint etc., and we plan to replace the floor, but overall the project is coming along nicely and it was a very good experience working with UBrothers, (Andreii, and team).

I would definitely recommend them..

Andrii and team were wonderful. We had all of the windows and a sliding glass door replaced in our house (from the 60's). UBrothers wad reasonably priced, and installation was quick and painless. His team took their time to install the windows extremely well, while working efficiently. Finished a whole house in less than 3 days. We can finally use the windows in our house!!

We recently had a full exterior reno done by Andrii and his team at UBrothers, and we couldn't be happier with the results! They resided our entire house with Hardie Board, installed new gutters, built a brand new deck and front stairs, put in a new front door, and replaced a large window.
Their workmanship was truly excellent, especially the siding, which came together flawlessly and looks fantastic. The crew was incredibly tidy and respectful, always mindful of noise and keeping the work area clean. They made sure to clean up thoroughly after themselves every day.
We're so pleased with how the entire project turned out. Beyond the high quality of work, their pricing was excellent and very fair. We highly recommend UBrothers for any home renovation needs!

UBrothers construction did a fantastic job on our siding. The crew was polite, personable and professional. They always tidied up after themselves every day. Even with rainy days, the job was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend your company in the future!

NEW GUTTERS!!!
It started with Andrii coming out and making it super easy to estimate and plan for the best options. He was prompt in sending the contract and signing up for the next best possible date (which was quick as well). The installation was thorough, clean and to the exact specifications. The installers did a great job validating the installation, and building the drains to our needs of connecting to underground drainage. They brought all equipment necessary to make it easy and to our needs. They even moved our motion lights to make room for the new gutters. Professional, easy to work with, on time, no cost surprises, good quality, timely completion are a few things I would say about UBrothers Construction. Thank you for the new gutters. We are very happy customers.

Andrii and his team did a fantastic job replacing 3 windows, entire house siding, and all gutters. Throughout the entire project, the team from UBrothers Construction demonstrated a high level of expertise, efficiency, and professionalism. They worked during bad weather and even on weekend. The siding and especially new trims around windows and doors look great!
This is actually my second job with UBrothers. Few years ago, they replaced old sliding door with a new Andersen door. About a year after the installation, one of the door panel’s glass shattered by itself (tempered glass). Andrii contacted the manufacturer and arranged new replacement under the original manufacturer’s warranty. I highly recommend UBrothers for their outstanding service and professionalism, and look forward to working with them again in the future!

After researching and meeting with several different companies, we chose UBrothers Construction. I met with Andrii, who brought over samples, went over different options, and answered all of my questions and concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. Communication was excellent by texts or emails. The quote was competitive, reasonable, and transparent. We decided with Everlast composite siding, PVC trim, custom PVC mounting blocks, and Henry Blueskin for our project.

There were a couple of instances where Andrii helped saved us some time and money even before the siding work started. We had already signed a contract with a different roofing company to have our roof, rakes, fascia, soffits, and gutters replaced prior to finding UBrothers. Andrii was kind enough to offer to help speak with the roofers and explain how the new soffits needed to be installed tight against the wall in preparation for the upcoming siding work. He also stopped by to check on the progress and noticed another detail with how the new rakes were going to be installed, so he spoke to the roofers about adding a spacer behind the rake boards. If Andrii didn't point out any of these details, the soffits and rake boards would have needed to be fixed when the siding started. This would have meant more material and labor cost.

We came across a couple of unexpected issues with our home after the roofing was completed, which required repairs. This meant a delayed start date for the siding project. Andrii was very understanding and accommodating about they delay and even offered his services to help perform the repairs. We decided it would be best to use his crew since they would already be on site. As the new siding started to go up on the wall, the crew noticed some of the siding panels were defective. Andrii contacted the sales rep for the siding and got the defective batch replaced at no charge. Whatever the issues may be, Andrii takes everything in stride and has the experience to come up with a solution.

Our siding specialists were Serghei and Ivan. Both are highly skilled, professional, courteous, and hardworking. They always showed up on time and cleaned up every day. The entire team at UBrothers Construction cares about making sure every detail is perfect and that we were happy with the work. The quality and workmanship of the finished product looks amazing. It exceeded our expectations. We have received numerous compliments about how nice our house looks. If we were to do it all over again, we would hire UBrothers to do our roofing project along with the siding at the same time. We highly recommend UBrothers and will be referring them to anyone looking for work done on their home. Thank you so much Andrii!

From the initial very prompt text message reply to the final walk through, Andrii and the crew (Dmitri and Nazar) at UBrothers were excellent! I’ve been building an octagonal gazebo with a finished ceiling attached to a deck, and I hired UBrothers to wrap beams, columns, and install soffits. With all the tricky angles and each section just a little different, I was thankful to have experienced carpenters for that phase of the project. Andrii came out and we talked about what I was looking for, then shared ideas afterwards. He even worked with me to come up with ways to keep costs low. The crew arrived at 7:30am and put in two very long days. I was really happy with how it all came out! I’d definitely work with UBrothers again. Thank you Andrii, Dmitri and Nazar!

I am more than happy to write an outstanding review for the work done by UBrothers Construction on our house. From the very beginning, it was clear that they were a company of true professionals, dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Andrii was amazing to work with and helped bring my vision to life.

The scope of work that they undertook on our house was quite extensive, and they tackled it with the utmost care and attention to detail. The portico they constructed was absolutely stunning, and the side porch was a beautiful addition that truly transformed the look and feel of your home. They removed two layers of old siding, fully insulated, and expertly installed James Hardie shingle siding. In addition, a new roof, new doors and some windows were also installed.

Throughout the entire project, the team from UBrothers Construction demonstrated a high level of expertise, efficiency, and professionalism. They worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was just right. Andrii was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had.

One thing that really stood out to me about UBrothers Construction was their commitment to quality. They use only the highest quality materials, and their workmanship is truly second to none. The end result is a house that not only looks amazing but also feels solid, secure, and well-built.

Overall, I cannot recommend UBrothers Construction highly enough. We are so incredibly happy with how our house turned out and are so thankful for Andrii and his team. Their team of experts is simply outstanding, and they will go above and beyond to ensure that your project is a complete success. If you are looking for a construction company that will deliver exceptional results, look no further than UBrothers Construction. They are truly the best in the business!

A family friend recommended UBrothers for siding and window installation.

Andrii was the manager and came over to explain the entire process. I've worked with other contractors to do siding several times at my other properties and I did not want to waste Andrii's time since the busy spring/summer schedules are coming up. I know contractors are super booked for everything. I simply gave Andrii exactly what I needed and in 15 mins we were good to go.

I chose pacific blue vinyl trim with PVC trim and 2 new windows in the garage. Everything was delivered on-time, the entire project from stripping everything down to cleanup took about 5 days. I could not ask for a quicker turn-around judging by the amount of work the entire team did.

I would whole heartedly recommend UBrothers for all construction projects. Slava Ukraini!
