Patriot Contracting has performed multiple projects for me. From roof replacement to siding replacements. All of the projects went great with qualified crews and good pricing.

We are 100% satisfied with our new roof from Patriot Contracting. We selected Patriot from several similarly-priced proposals because Jim Ward took the time to inspect our entire roof and address our concerns with knowledgeable (yet un-pushy) recommendations. He was also helpful and patient while we decided on materials. The construction took only one day, and the crew was competent, friendly, and articulate. Jim even updated me during the process with photos of our "areas of concern" and an explanation of how they were being fixed. The roofers left the property spotless, and our new roof looks great!

The team from Patriot contracting did an excellent job on our exterior siding. We have an older home in Cambridge circle 1905 and we knew that tearing off the old siding and replacing it with Hardy board siding would be a significant project. Jim did very well in scoping and managing the project. Patriot handled the workers needed for the extensive repairs to drywall and replacing rotted eaves and shoring up insulation before adding the new siding. Not a small project, but worth it! This team will serve you well and is sincere about providing excellent work, stellar end results.

We hired Patriot Contracting to do Hardy board on our 2 family in Watertown. From the beginning Jim was not pushy. He understood we wanted to make our house look nice and made it happen. They were very reasonably priced. The workers were very hard workers, even in extreme heat. They were always friendly and answered all our questions. Us as well as our neighbors commented on how hard they worked everyday. They cleaned up the job site every night and were sure to protect all the materials in the yard. We are very happy with the job. And will definitely recommend Patriot Contracting.

I couldn't be happier with the James Hardie siding project that Patriot Contracting did at our house. From the start, Jim and Luke Ward reached out right away to our inquiry, answered all of our questions and even made a nice video/quote proposal to walk us through different options available.

Then once we gave the greenlight to move forward, they connected us with Ronnie who oversaw the entire project. He came out to talk through everything with us and made sure we felt comfortable before the project began. Then he arranged all necessary permits, ordered the product we needed and arranged for the various crews (from those that did the siding to the electricians. Ronnie also had a foreman on the job that supervised the different workers that came by each day so we didn't have to worry about anything, and they would check in after each day.

The workers that did the siding and electrical work finished a job that I'd normally expect to take 4-6 weeks in 2. (technically it could have been done in 1, but they realized they had to replace our roofline framing during the job, and they arranged for another crew to fix that during the project without missing a beat). They worked from 7-6 each day and were so meticulous in the work they did. Even after we paid in full, they came back the next day to check on the job and fixed one thing they forgot to put a cap on that we hadn't even noticed.

We couldn't be happier with the final product and have had so many neighbors, many of which we didn't know prior, stop by and say how nice the house looks. We would highly recommend Patriot Contracting and Ronnie's crew to anyone.

Patriot Contracting did an incredible job on our roof and portico! We absolutely love the way it looks and many of our neighbors have complimented the work as well! Everyone was professional, honest, clear, and kind from the beginning of the process to the end.

I can't say enough good things about their team. From the initial chats with Arthur and the sales, it all came together. They listened and helped me from the start with reviewing the samples, picking the color, and making sure I understood everything before the job began. The initial walk through before the job started really helped. Ronnie and the onsite crew were excellent. The site remained orderly and clean when they finished, and if adjustments needed to be addressed they were quick to communicate with me to talk things through. I really like the look and am please with the result. I highly recommend them.

I prioritized craftsmanship and trust when I decided to look for a siding contractor for our home. For materials we decided on JH, which led us to finding Patriot. Patriot's ability to use information from the hover app sped up their estimate process as they were the first company to give us an estimate.
There were so many times I walked around during the project saying to myself “I'm so glad I went with Patriot”. A hard working, experienced crew, along with great communication and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to meet our requests. The results are amazing! UBrothers explained a lot about siding and roofing I hadn't known, and made reasonable suggestions for more premium options and cost cutting possibilities.

They replaced our roof, siding and all exterior trim/fascia/soffits, gutters, and installed r-matte insulation.

The house looks great afterwards and they cleaned up very well. Andrii came for a followup inspection to walk around the house with me, and we noticed a couple very minor things that they returned to fix within days.

Edit: (15mo later) we had a large tree branch fall and damage some siding. Ubrothers came out, used mostly materials they had left from the first siding job - and made the repairs. I appreciate their communication skills and will likely use them again for future work.

Dealing with UBrothers Construction was as easy, simple and as honest as it can possibly get. From the initial consultation through project completion, dealing with Andrii was a very pleasant experience. He is a down to earth and honest person, who did not try to upsell me anything.
I had a broken sliding patio door and Andrii advised me what brand/type of door to get (Harvey), which was not ridiculously priced, yet had all the quality and bells and whistles of the more expensive brands (which were 2X to 3X more). I was impressed that he did not try and sell me the most expensive door. Upon seeing the door in person and assessing the build quality as well as the energy efficiency ratings and the warranty, I am glad I took his advice. Andrii took care of the permit, scheduling the work and providing up to a 30 minute window of when his installers would arrive.
His installers did a fantastic job of installing the door. They spent about 5 hours and worked very methodically, not cutting any corners. They left a perfectly installed door, perfectly reinstalled trim and the entire area perfectly clean. Truly impressive quality of work by UBrothers and their crew. I have a couple more projects in the horizon, and for sure I will be using UBrothers again.

I recently had several windows, front door and new siding replaced / installed and am very pleased with the outcome. Andrii was very accommodating while I chose materials and walked my property with me to make sure my vision was clear. His team was fantastic, very nice, hard working (which shows in their craftsmanship), respectful of my property, punctual and they delivered on schedule. Vinyl Siding installation and gutter replacement for the two-family house.

Excellent punctual communication (that's unfortunately so rare these days) and timely completion within a week (even more valuable) . All small matters were addressed quickly by the manager Andrii. Very happy work the result - would recommend them for the work

Andrii and his crew did a awesome job on our house renovation. We had our whole house resided including new front and new rear additions. He also installed new gutters. Andrii and his team were professional and thorough. Andrii also worked tirelessly to ensure proper gutter placement and reviewed multiple options with us. We receive many comments and compliments on the new siding and we highly recommend Andrii and UBrothers Construction.

Andrii and his team replaced our 24 year old roof, 3 roof vents, and added a ridge vent. They repaired problems with the gutters and added flashing to avoid some issues of fascia and soffit rot that were discovered. They also repaired a rotted load-bearing beam in the attached garage, and replaced a gable vent on the front of the house. They replaced old wooden shutters and thus eliminated a home for the bats that were inhabiting that area by placing the shutters flush against the house. All work was expertly done, the cleanup was quite complete, and all questions and concerns were answered quickly and/or dealt with in a very efficient manner. The team went the extra mile to do a great job. There were a number of suspect areas on the house that looked worse than they were, and we appreciated Andrii's approach to those: to fix as needed but not to do anything that was not necessary. All at a fair, great price. We are in our 80's, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had!

We contacted several companies for quotes to redo the exterior on our house. I was most impressed by Andrii's knowledge and willingness to go over all the different options during an initial consultation phone call. I asked a lot of questions, pros and cons of all the options, and got lots of help to decide what was the best product within our budget. We ended up choosing James Hardie siding in Aged Pewter, Invisivent vinyl soffits, PVC window & door trims, and aluminum wrap on fascia - a complete makeover. The proposal process was quick and smooth, the quote is extremely detailed, and the pricing is transparent (no surprises!).

Workmanship by the UBrothers was impeccable and they were able to finish the project in about 3 weeks, even working on some weekends and re-scheduling around rainy weather. All the workers were hard-working, professional, and friendly/kind...pretty much everything you could ask for. The yard was kept clean as much as possible for a project of this magnitude. Andrii was also frequently on site, available for any questions/concern, and open to additional requests. They have very high standards, are meticulous with details, and really go the extra mile to do everything perfectly and to your satisfaction! Here are just a few highlights I can think of:

1) After I didn't like how the trim looked on a couple bump-outs and pointed it out, they did extra custom trim work at no additional cost to improve the look.
2) The existing gutters on our house were leaky and bent in one spot. After wrapping the fascia boards in aluminum and putting our gutters back up, the leaks went away and they also fixed the bent area.
3) They noticed that the side door on our garage needed to be fixed. And even though it wasn't in the scope of the project, they still told me about it (of course, I asked them to do the job).
4) They re-routed a dryer vent through a cutout in the new vinyl soffit instead of through a hole on the fascia in order to improve the look. Again, at no additional cost.
5) Their electrician stayed a couple hours after normal hours to move the wiring for a light fixture from outside the house in a switch box to a new switch panel on the inside of our house.
6) And lastly... a rabbit died in our backyard one night after getting stuck in a net that I left outside. The next morning, one of the crew members removed the poor rabbit with his hands while wearing gloves, grabbed a shovel, dug a hole, and buried it for us. =)

Anyway, there's really not much more I can say except a big "thank you" to the UBrothers for transforming our home! I give a well-deserved two thumbs up and my highest recommendation!!

My wife and I have been renovating houses for years and U Brothers is one of the most professional contractors we have ever used. We were replacing the windows in 2 large condos.24 windows.We were on a very tight schedule for completion .Andrii the job manager and the crews that worked on the job did an amazing job.They worked very carefully. The inside only required a coat of paint on the new trim no damage to existing walls.The crew worked late one night on the first unit and Saturday on the second unit both were completed ahead of the expected completion date.
Windows are a big investment UBrothers is the only company I would recommend for quality ,craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism for window replacement.

I had siding and new gutters done They did a very good job. Two man crew worked hard and had siding and gutters done in a little over a week. They even worked over the weekend. They listened to any concerns I had and replaced any rotted wood before wrapping the house for siding. They made my 1947 house look like new . I would highly recommend this company for your siding and gutter jobs.

OMG! I am so glad to have found U Brothers! We had a water leak issue and needed new windows as well as a new patio door. We kept changing our minds and Andrii was so helpful and patient until we finalized our design. He was very responsive even when he was out if the country! Prompt, helpful, knowledgeable....the list goes on. I wish I could win the lottery and have UBrothers redo my entire house! Their work is rock solid; well done and very thorough! Even the clean-up! We couldn’t be happier!

We had another large job for U Brothers: remove old crank windows and install all new construction windows. Andrii was helpful at getting our order submitted and he provided timely communication as things progressed. Supply chain issues put the project back a bit but so worth the wait! With a great team, all windows replaced and work was completed within a few days (for a large job!) Trim was installed and final touches completed. Cleanup was thorough and Andrii was there to answer any questions that we had. Couldn’t be happier! Already compliments from our neighbors. Would recommend this company any day, hands down!

Wanted to take a moment to again thank Andrii and his team for the prompt service to fix the flashing around our chimney. Before Christmas we noticed water coming in to the bedroom and had no idea why. Andrii came out literally the next day, assesses the situation and deduced that the flashing was the cause. He sent his team to do the work. They replaced the flashing quickly and we have not had any further water issues since. So thankful for Andrii and this Company!
