Pro Comfort Control AC & Heating got our 30 year old furnace working again! Our technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He worked diligently to fix our very old system, despite it being more complicated than expected!

Pro Comfort control did a fantastic job switching our house from oil to heat pumps. They are extremely thorough and diligent installing and walking you through everything you need to know. Pat even worked with us to move one of the units after it was partially installed to a better placement. Couldn't recommend enough!

We had an excellent experience with this company! Ryan outlined for us in detail different options for replacing our old system. Once we decided how we wanted to go forward, the work was scheduled quickly. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. They were polite and patient in explaining how to operate and take care of our new system. Their phone customer service is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My 30 year old cast iron boiler was making a lot of banging noise every time it fired. I started my search for a replacement by reviewing the BBB heating contractor reviews. Pro Comfort stood out as a company that was capable of very technical work from their photos. Ryan came to our house and quickly explained what he could do for us, followed by a quick quote. Ryan suggested a high-efficiency combination boiler made by Lochinvar that could supply our Tri-level house with heat as well as domestic hot water. A key request from us was to make the installation as compact as possible. This would be a challenge as the house has 5 zones. Ryan and his crew arrive on time and quickly began
working. The old 600 lb. boiler was carefully and cleanly removed from the basement even though the path was through a newly laid engineered floor and stairs. Ryan constructed a new mounting wall for boiler and over the next 2 days created an installation that could be considered a work of modern art. As engineer, I recognized Ryan's extreme attention to both detail technically and esthetics. The components that were used were of the highest quality and were assembled using the latest crimping joinery avoiding soldering. The job consumed over 140 feet of copper/PVC pipe, countless fittings and valves. On the last day the boiler starting working with no issues and I was amazed how quiet it was. Working with Ryan was a pleasure and I would highly recommend his company to anyone needing a new boiler. From the beginning to the end Pro Comfort was highly respectful to us and our home. We had a split installed last week from Pro Comfort Controls and I have to say that it was a perfect decision on hiring them. From the initial day of the estimate with Ryan to the entire process of the install, it was flawless and professional. I was one of the hottest days of the year when the unit was installed and I had to practically beg the crew to take a break for lunch in order to cool down. I had a two zone mini split installed and it was a 6 hour job from start to finish. I can tell that this is a company that did and will in the future, stand by their product and workmanship. I will definitely be using them in the future if the need arises. They are highly recommended!!

I had a fantastic experience with Pro Comfort Care. My central A/C went just in time for the summer. Right from the start Alex and Ryan were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain my options. Due to my work schedule, I had a tight timeframe to get the work done and Alex and Ryan we able to get the stars to align to get it done. The installation of my ductless heat pump was smooth and each person was professional and careful. I am so grateful for the quick response and quality work.

Our basement furnace died right before Christmas due to a faulty secondary air exchanger. It was beyond repair and we knew that we would have to replace both of our furnaces. After much research and searching we found Pro Comfort Control. Ryan came out to evaluate the situation and he was great and explained everything. Even though they have a long waiting list they bumped us up due to the lack of heat. The team came out and replaced two furnaces and added two heat pumps in two days. The team is great and everything went smoothly. Given the nuance of a properly functioning system it was important to go with someone that we could not only trust for installation but also for maintenance. We would highly recommend them. We have replaced our old heating equipment with Pro Comfort Control (gas furnace, A/C, water heater) and are very happy with the result. The company handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. Communication was very good and prompt. Ryan inspected our old equipment and made recommendations for the new equipment based on our home size and our preferences. The job was done fast and clean. Would 100% use this company again and recommend to everyone!

After a thorough initial walkthrough done by Ryan, my wife and I were left with a clear understanding of the products, the cost, how to gain the rebate, and what to expect going forward.

He then put us in touch with a great handyman to remove an old wall unit before Alex, the office manager, helped us through the Mass Save rebate process and scheduling. She is very sweet and knowledgeable.

Finally, Ryan and his crew spent 2 days putting in 6 mini-splits. They were all friendly and professional from start to finish. After the units were installed, which have transformed the comfort of our home, they helped set up the units, showed us how to operate and maintained them, and answered all questions.

All in all, Pro Comfort made upgrading our heat and ac worry-free. They are all true professionals and I would recommend them to any who wish to go through this process!

I hear horror stories of hvac contractors and pro comfort has been a dream. We worked with them recently to replace an old compressor with a heat pump(with a new thermostat and electrical) and to add a mini split to our sunroom. The process was seamless from bringing to end from the estimate, help with the massave heat loan, a last minute massave inspection (that they help scheduled lightning fast) and finally the installation.

They were very transparent throughout the whole process and made sure we understood the technical implications and capacity of our system along with how to care for it and control the settings. Most importantly to me, they are CLEAN. We're fairly persnickety and never wear shoes indoors and they were highly empathetic laying out clean tarps everywhere they were walking. The installation itself is as neat as a pin and looks fantastic. They even thoroughly cleaned out out other compressor that they are not replacing.

They were also really easy to work with and Alex was an absolute saint with scheduling and my many questions.

We recommend them them 100 percent and without any reservations.

Water heater started leaking they were her in a little over 1 hr. and the new water heater was up in running i n3 hrs., They have installed our Heat pump system their personal are all very professional and crtiius,

Amazing crew. From estimates to installation , ProComfort Control was great! Ryan is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and he recommended two options to us. Pricing was market competitive and fair. We compared ProComfort against five other vendors with similar proposals/HVAC equipment. The office team led by Alex provided wonderful support and guidance in the MassSave rebate program. They gave us a window of 8:00-9:00 and showed up promptly at 8:15am. The installation crew was respectful, friendly and very informative. They did a wonderful job on the removal of the old system, installation, very neat, organized and cleaned up the site afterwards. They spent time explaining our new thermostat and key features of our boiler, air filter system and heat pump. Our Bosch HVAC works like a charm and we couldn’t be more than happy with the experience. Highly recommend using ProComfort!!!!
