we had Pro Comfort Control Heating at our house this past week to assess whether we could have a valve attached to the hot water baseboards in one room to reduce the heat in just that room.

They showed up on time and Ryan and Mike were very pleasant and kept us updated on what they found and what they could do as they were looking through the house.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and explained so many things, some of which I wish other heating people had told us years ago like how to open and shut the little damper on the baseboards to adjust the heat, and even how to remove the front so I could vacuum out the dust.

They ended doing a long overdue maintenance on the boiler and adjusted its temperature as it was way too high for the small rooms. We never knew this.

He seemed to really care about the overall long term happiness of his customer and not just quickly fix the problem we called them for and move onto the next person.

We were very happy with them and the job they did and will definitely use them again for any problems and yearly maintenance.

Pro Comfort and their team did an excellent job installing Mini Split heat pumps in our Framingham home. Ryan did our initial consultation and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through several options and helped us pick what would work best for us, and even helped set us up with Mass Save. Carrie walked us through the whole process over the phone and was always available to answer questions. Their team especially Pat, Mike, Sayeed worked efficiently and finished ahead of schedule. They placed tarps down and took great care to avoid damaging any of our belongings. End result looks fantastic! I would highly recommend this team!

Since the first moment I interacted with Ryan, he was nothing but pleasant, respectful, informative and kind. I contacted Pro Comfort Control to get a consultation on a heating upgrade project from oil heating to and air pump system. During the initial consultation, Ryan was very informative and offered great pricing for the equipment and service provided. Ryan then connected me with his project manager Alex who was extremely helpful and responsive during the process of getting a quote, going through the MassSave rebate process and scheduling services, she was always willing to answer any questions I had.
The service itself was wonderful, Ryan and all the members on his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and efficient. Everyone included did an excellent job and most importantly were able to perform the work in a great clean and timely manner.
I ended up going with the Fujitsu hyper-heat whole-home heat pump, a 50 gallon hybrid heat pump water heater, and electrical panel service upgrade to 200amps, based on the recommendations provided and I couldn’t be happier or more pleased, thank you so much for the excellent work!

We had a great experience with Pro Comfort Control replacing our old, failing AC for our second-floor with a ducted heat pump, and adding a ductless heat pump system to our first floor. Ryan was very knowledgeable and was able to anticipate potential issues during the bid and planning process. Thad and his crew were fast, skilled, and conscientious in our home during the install. I recently chose Pro Comfort Control for the purchase and installation of a heat pump to replace my oil furnace, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Their quote was precise and comprehensive, including all the necessary items while excluding those I assumed were needed but weren't. This level of detail really set them apart when compared line by line with other quotes.

On the day of the installation, the service provided was excellent. Every member of their crew, including the electrician, did an outstanding job. The removal of the oil tank was handled smoothly and without any issues. We’ve had our heat pump for a week now, and it has been functioning perfectly.

We had Pro Comfort Control come out to our home for an assessment of replacing our existing natural gas furnace with a new heat pump system. The gentleman who visited our home was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in describing our options. His name is Joshua Pavao and what a true gentleman. Very soft spoken and easy to listen to. Before we even had Josh come over to discuss getting a heat pump system. I did a lot of research and had 3 previous companies come over to our house and we listened to their pitch. We weren’t too impressed with what we had been told so we put that idea on the back burner for a couple of months. After talking with our nephew about the heat pump system that he and his wife went with. I asked him for his recommendation and he told us that he is extremely happy with how his new system is working. He also stated that just about everyone on his street had hired Pro Comfort Control for their homes as well.
This was now a no brainer. So we contacted Josh and we had our new mini split system installed yesterday and we couldn’t be any more happier with the results. Everything went as smoothly as expected and the two technicians were the very best. Pat and Joe are the nicest people that we have ever had work at our home in the 30 years that we have owned it!!!!! Also I wish to thank Nicole who took my original phone call to schedule the visit. If anyone who reads this post has any interest in having a new heating/cooling system installed. Ryan, the owner, personally came out to my house to assess the sizing for my new gas furnace.
Pat and Said showed up promptly on the job site to replace my old gas furnace and put in a new gas furnace and system. Both Pat and Said were extremely professional and friendly. They spent the entire day laboring over the large project before themselves. They immediately started working early in the morning and didn’t stop until the job was done at the end of the day. Pat and Said did meticulous which “Blew me away “! (no pun intended)
I could not praise everyone in this company enough!
In the future, for any and all work that needs to be done I will call Pro Comfort Control. I have them on speed dial and I highly recommend that you put them on your speed dial too.

We highly recommend working with Pro Comfort. Ryan spent over three hours at the initial walk through of our home to go over options. We had a heat pump installed and we couldn’t be happier. The crews were absolutely amazing. We also appreciate all of the help applying for Mass Save rebates. You won’t regret working with them.

Josh was friendly, great at explaining everything gave me some good options on the heatpump quote. On install day it was pouring down with rain but Pat and his crew worked the whole day, finished on time, very wet but were very professional. Left the basement spotless with two mini splits and a heatpump installed and working great. Seen to be a really well organized, family run, local business. Highly recommended.

Pro comfort offered honest accessement for my heating/cooling system. They have offered us a new heat pump installation to replace our problematic and outdated furnace and ac system. They were able to arrange the installation in a promptly manner. During the installation, the crews ( Thad and Joey ) arrived promptly at 8:30 am, and they work thru 8 hours without break. They have kept the place tidy and clean. The installation took exactly two days as they proposed. The communication with them are clear, I got exactly what I was expecting as we have discussed with Josh during the initial proposal walk thru. Overall, I am glad I found pro comfort for the task. Now I have a worry free system in my house. I highly recommend pro comfort if you are looking for someone to work on your HVAC system.

My leaking tankless hot water system was just replaced the day before Christmas! The installation was excellent. The area was left neat, clean and organized. The technician answered my questions when he completed the installation. The morning after Christmas I received a follow-up e-mail from the Project Manager that my new system had already been registered. The same morning I also received an e-mail from the manufacturer with the warranty attached. I have also had excellent repair service on my gas heating system. I would recommend this company as one of the best home services that I have ever used.
