Zach was wonderful. Call 15 minutes before arrival and was very professional.

I have used this company for many years and they consistently do a great job. They have replaced both HVACs in my house and I used them for my previous system as well. I don't call anyone else.

Disappointed, after a routine visit a gas leak that did not exist before the visit coincidentally reared its ugly head as their repair man was leaving. The charge for the needed valve and labor to repair was 40% more than warrantee company said it should be. Rapid Response said that's what it is and they wouldn't budge.

These guys are supposed to be plumbers not rapists. I had a water pipe break on the heating system
and the pipe that broke was exposed so it was an easy fix which took 20 minutes to fix. The fix along with the purge of the water in that heat zone cost $507. It gets better, there was still frozen water in the system on the same pipe as the fix and to unfreeze it the guy charged me another $450 for an hours worth of work with a hair dryer.

It was a Friday afternoon and they showed up but I didn't have a choice. This was the second time this happened to me and the first plumber who fixed this for me did 3 times the work as he cracked my floors open to get to the problem and he did all the same stuff in 4 hours and charged me $525.

Rapid Responses prices are outrageous and really should be investigated by the consumer protection agency.

A family owned company that has seen it all. Been using rapid response for the properties that I manage throughout New England and my personal home. They are not the least expensive. But if you want it done right the first time that is who I call. All the technicians I have dealt with have been knowledgeable respectful polite and kind. After making a mistake more than once of calling someone else I ended up having rapid response come and either fix the problem the other company couldn’t or repair the work the other company did. Thank you guys for all your help and service over the years.

Such a pleasure to work with these folks - Super professional, polite, neat - had them do work on a pumping system - not only does it look great - which I would never have expected - but it solved all my problems! Highly recommend.

We had an after normal business hours emergency with our water heater and it was so awesome to be able to get someone on the phone at that time. Kirk walked me through turning off the water and gas valves to the heater over the phone and then came out the next day to replace the water heater. Very fast,professional service.

My husband and I received an immediate, outstanding response and service from the plumber Kirk on the Saturday before Christmas. We woke up to a flood under the sink to find the garbage disposal was the culprit. Within a few hours Kirk was at our door, well presented, pleasant, professional and just enough of a sense of humor to help me deal with the unexpected problem. Every piece of equipment he needed was in his truck and installed in less than two hours. Kirk cleaned up under the sink and order was re-established for our Christmas preparations!!!

I hadn’t used Obie in years, but after some ups and downs with other companies, my contractor encouraged me to give them another shot—and I’m so glad I did. Blake was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, patient, and incredibly organized. Most importantly, he took the time to walk me through exactly what was going wrong, why it was happening, and how he was going to fix it. No jargon, no brush-offs—just clear, helpful communication and a real sense of care for the work. It’s rare to find someone this thorough and respectful in the HVAC world. Blake completely restored my faith in Obie, and I’ll be sticking with them from here on out.

Santiago Aguirre did a maintenance check on our AC, applied a fix and supplied us with a quote for repair should we choose to proceed. Throughout the communication and service was quick, accurate and documented. It was a pleasure and we intend to use Obie again for maintenance and repairs in the future.

Obie did an outstanding job installing a new heat pump. There were able to expedite my request on tight timing, arrived on time, kept our house clean/tisy and completed the installation in one day. Bruno and Andre were terrific to work with and we are very happy with the work they completed. Santiago follow-up service was also outstanding. Thanks!!

Santi was amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me about how my boiler works. No one has ever taken the time to do that in the 22 years I’ve had my home. He is so knowledgeable. I am really impressed with everyone I have met at Obie! I feel well taken care of!

So I called Obie after I had trouble getting scheduled and some other issues with the HVAC company that I’ve been with for years. They were super professional got me scheduled quickly. I cannot say enough great things about Cris and how he helped me. Great experience and I will use them again.

Amazing! I desperately needed an HVAC repair since it was summer. Tel helped me get and amazing price for the repair and Bruno and Andree did an amazing job. They placed mats on my carpet floor so they didn’t make a mess and they even vacuumed the whole place when they were done. It was pouring outside but it didn’t stop them even if they had to go outside to do half the repair and had to make multiple trips up and down since I live in an apartment. Would definitely recommend!

Woke up with no heat in the middle of January and Obie was able to get a technician out and identify the issue within the day. Efficient, professional and friendly guys.

Everyone who worked on replacing our old sir conditioning system was wonderful. Communications were clear, work was done promptly, with no mess. I definitely intend to use Obie on replacing our other 3 systems - they were amazing!

I had HVAC system added to my house. It came with 1 year warranty with install. I had to call them about 25 times and the uint in bedroom has no temperature control. If you set temperature to 70 it goes down to 65. And keeps blowing cold air. If you start the heat same occurs. They could not fix it and they are unable to contact their vendor. This is not my fault. I did business with them not their vendor. Be aware what you will have to deal with this company.

Santiago Aguirre has a lot of knowledge of what his doing and to detect the problems and resolve it. And very friendly and prompted to answer any questions.
I would highly recommend him.

Santiago Aguirre from Obie came to my home today after I reported an issue with my splits remaining slightly ajar after yearly maintenance was completed. He was very friendly to both me and my dogs, which I always appreciate. Furthermore, Santiago was extremely professional, thorough, and explained to me every step of the way.
