We have used these guys for a number of things. They have replaced our front steps, rebuilt walls, etc.. each time they have been exceptional and very well priced.

Who shows up at 6am to cut grass?
My neighbors acquired there service and they are terrible. Ive set up house cameras and watched as they repeatedly blew dirt and Bush clippings on are yard. They have also scratched two of my cars. No regards for anyone besides the customer there working for, even if that means just moving the mess to our yard. This is for about a year now.

Tom came out to help us redesign some of our landscaping, including moving plants around, adding new plants, and adding some irrigation. Everything went great, the team finished on budget, and they were very responsive throughout the process.

After our pool was installed, they did our final grade, seeding and landscaping. Everything came out great. The crew was friendly and ensured we were happy with the work. We will definitely use them again.

Madrona Brothers are the best. They have done so much work for us, and I don't even bother shopping around any more. They are my company. They do amazing work, and they are RESPONSIVE. You call: they answer. You agree on a time for an estimate: they show up. You're on the schedule for work? They show up and do the work. Courteous and respectful, competitive pricing, and absolutely gorgeous work. Don't bother with anyone else!

Designed a patio for the backyard as well as a front walk with matching pavers. Added to floral containers on patio to greatly enhance the final appearance. Have also done considerable work on removing of large tree stumps and roots to create a better lawn. Hydroseeded after. They have also maintained mulching areas on property. Workers are extremely professional and friendly. All work was done on time with the greatest attention to detail and appearance. Very pleased with all the work they’ve done for me.

BEWARE! Madrona will not live up to expectations and if you hire them, you'll be left with headaches!

I hired Madrona in spring of 2021 to install a new paver patio around my pool. While the patio project came out decent (and it should when you spend the cost of a brand new car), they destroyed my yard in the process. Having really nice, manicured grass and landscaping before the project started, I knew my yard would get disturbed by installing the new pool deck, so I made sure to build into the contract scope that allowed Madrona to repair all of the grass to its prior state when the project was done - something the owner, Vicente, agreed to. A year later, Vicente refuses to honor the agreement in the contract and repair my terribly damaged yard that I've had to spend thousands of dollars in materials and my time trying to fix to date.

When the project was wrapping up, several days after promised, the Madrona crew was rushing to get to their next job. What resulted was quickly throwing down some unscreened loam, cheap grass seed and no fertilizer. The soil was lumpy and filled with huge rocks which meant the grass didn't grow properly. It wasn't long before I realized just how dangerous the unscreened loam they used was - it was filled with glass, plastic, and other trash - a major safety concern in a yard where young children are barefoot and pets play.

Throughout the project, I found Madrona's communication to be lacking. I was often left in the dark with regards to important details, or given updates with no advanced notice. The excavation crew was careless, causing a sizable rip in my pool liner when excavating the old concrete patio - something I had to pay out of pocket to repair with the pool company. Maybe the most alarming issue with the whole project is that the owner didn't take measurements before ordering pavers, and shockingly, they ran out of pavers before they completed the deck. Sort of reckless to not spend 10 minutes up front to take measurements.

There are plenty of reputable hardscape companies out there. Do yourself favor and think long & hard before hiring Madrona Bros for your project.

Madrona hydroseeded our lawn this past spring and did a great job. Vicente came back to our house a few weeks later without telling us just to check on the lawn. He sent me a message with his recommendations to continue to get the most out of the work he did. Above and beyond service. Very happy with them.

We switched to Madrona after using a generic landscaping company for years. I had no idea that this level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and quality were possible! Marcelo is wonderful and I fully trust him with my property. Tom Fletcher has excellent vision and has transformed my backyard into a garden oasis!

Let me start with, they SAVED my house. We were having issues with drainage in the front of our house's' foundation from roof runoff. The pressure was starting to crack our foundation and everyone we called either wouldn't touch it or gave us an estimate so high we might as well move.

Marcello swooped in with his team and worked with us to figure out a solution for our problem and our budget. He thought outside the box and came up with a plan that was safe and should last a lifetime.

We have been using Marcello and his team for around 10 years and every project they have done for us has been amazing. Retaining walls around our driveway, bluestone stairs, natural stone walkways, digging out gardens, removing stumps, brush, debris, grading our lawn and building beautiful farmers walls. The team was happy to listen to any concerns I had and work with me to turn my property into the fairy gardens of my dreams.

They are not just a landscaping company, my wife and I now consider them dear friends.

Marcelo and the Madrona team built a rock retaining wall and brick patio for us 12 years ago. They did a great job and it looks like new today. In March 2023, they updated our old cement steps with bluestone/brick overlay and installed granite slab steps to the backyard. Again, the project was priced fair, done on time, and with great quality. Highly recommend.

From beginning to end, Madrona Brothers were great to work with while we transformed our outdoor living space. Vincent was very professional and was in constant communication with us. His crew showed up on time, answered all of our questions, and cleaned up each day. Vincent and his team were very flexible as we modified a few things along the way. They completed a new front walkway and steps, a large patio, a retaining wall, and an outdoor kitchen. They also cleared out some land and planted grass seed. The quality of their work is amazing and I will only use Madrona Brothers in the future. I look forward to working with them on the next project.

Marcello of Madrona Brothers designed and installed our patio in our backyard including a fire pit and sitting walls in addition to a variety of plantings. A couple of shrubs didn't make it and were replaced with no questions asked. They also did a walkway to our pool area as well as provide our lawn services with seeding, etc. The team is professional with quality work. They do not disappoint. They are always on time and on schedule. We highly recommend Madrona Brothers!

Madrona recently installed a patio with a fire pit, retaining wall, and seating wall, as well as lighting along a walkway, and plantings in several locations in our yard. Their work was high quality and the finished product is beautiful. Vincent was responsive throughout the project. He even came back at night after the lighting was installed to be sure it looked as expected. The team took care to replant the grass around their work area. We are very happy with their work and with the outcome of the project, and highly recommend to anyone looking for similar work.
