Last Friday Jared, Larry, Flacco, Jack and Wes came and replaced my furnace and water heater. I am completely satisfied with the job that they did. They came on time and were finished earlier than expected. Jared was the one who explained the different options that we had. He explained everything to me (twice) so that we understood what was going on. The crew was great and also kept me filled in during the job. I would totally recommend these guys to my friends and family. I enclosed before and after photos.

Got a next-day appointment with Flaherty Plumbing, which was appreciated. Andrew Kalujjula quickly replaced the fill valves on two toilets and answered questions we had. He also advised us on bathroom sink faucets, as we are considering replacing one in the fairly near future. He was personable and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to meet him.

I had an excellent experience with Flaherty Plumbing. Their GM, Jody, gave me thorough, practical advice on installing an under-sink water filter and was responsive and patient with all my follow-up questions. On installation day, Jody came by to explain the plan, and the plumber, John, executed it perfectly. He was clear in his communication, worked efficiently, and even spotted a potential plumbing issue we hadn’t noticed—then fixed it on the spot. It’s not easy to find a reliable, communicative team, but I’m happy to say Flaherty Plumbing is now my trusted go-to. I’ll definitely use them again for future projects.

Joe Medeiros was really great! He was incredibly helpful and even offered to take care of some other things on my list for me that I was unaware a plumber could do! He was able to remove my kitchen appliances for minimal fees, so I did not end up having to call junk removal for an extra cost. He was also extremely helpful because I live in a condo complex where the plumbing is unified, and he was willing to connect with property management on figuring that out for me. Extremely professional, polite, and went out of his way to be helpful, very grateful for that! The whole team at Flaherty has been great!

I was very satisfied with Flaherty Plumbing's service. First of all, Samantha, the rep came earlier than expected and went straight to work. She diagnosed my problem and informed me of what was wrong and got my permission to start work. Afterwards, she counseled me on what caused the problem and how to avoid it moving forward. Andrew K was amazing. He correctly analyzed the problem, and solved it effectively. He was patient, thorough and answered all of our questions. He was neat, and cleaned up his work. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with.

Experienced a leaky kitchen faucet that needed quick attention. Called in the morning and had a technician on site by mid-afternoon. Problem was identified quickly and repair was completed timely at a very reasonable fee. Andrew K, the technician, was great to deal with and provided some good advice in addition to getting the job done on time. Very pleased and will be back to use the Company again.

John came to my house this morning did a wonderful job explaining what I needed. Replaced 3 parts on my furnace and worked diligently. Respectful of my home and took good care of cleanup. I'm so appreciative of his work and happy as can be! Thank you thank you thank you!

Andrew H. Was amazing today not only did he fix the issue, but he pointed out a couple of other issues that would’ve caused a lot of damage if not fixed so we had him fix those and just all-around great guy you can count on does a super job very neat and highly recommend him so please please call him. I hired this company for what should have been a simple condensate pump replacement. Instead, the technician (Andrew) tried to upsell me on completely reinstalling the drain line for an additional $650 — even though my current setup works fine. When I declined, he made me feel pressured and said I “should do the right thing.”

During the installation, it became clear he lacked basic HVAC knowledge. He even had to video call another technician to guide him on how to connect the drain line properly. Despite the simplicity of the job, I was charged $450.

Overall, very disappointing experience. Overpriced, pushy upselling, and questionable competency. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Joseph Medeiros, A gentleman with patience and understanding to my inquiries and concerns regarding the installation of my new water softener and whole house pre-filter. A hard-working plumber Joe took every precaution to respect my property, covering carpeting and being very careful while removing the old system through my finished part of my basement. He started and finished in a timely manner while communicating with me throughout the entire process. Joes professionalism as a plumber shines through in every aspect. it was a pleasure meeting this young man.At the completion of the job, my expectations were surpassed. Was able to get plumber in 20 minutes due to appointment cancelation. Dave Q. was the plumber that arrived. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, actually listen to me and fixed the problem. I will definitely ask for him in the future.

This Company came recommended to us and we are very satisfied with the service. Our Plumber was Jake and he did a great job! We will use this Company again when needed. It was a great process from getting a free quote and to the actual installation…

Very disappointing experience. Jody White, the general manager, personally inspected my unit and told me everything was fine. However, after multiple inspections, the written reports were inconsistent and did not reflect what was actually happening. The report was shared with and relied on by the HOA, which led to further delays and ongoing problems. This raised serious concerns about accuracy and transparency. I expected honest and accurate reporting, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I would recommend staying away from this company.

Dave from flahertys arrived today for what we thought was a clogged drain . Someone else had previously been here to try and snake The drain and told us that we needed a new drum box. I brought this up to Dave, and with confidence immediately told me that that was not the case. He knew that you cannot use a snake when a drumbox is present in a situation like ours. He employed the use of an air gun to create an air blast, which immediately corrected the problem. He arrived shortly after request requested his presence on a Friday in the late afternoon. We are quite pleased with how quickly Dave from Flaherty’s fixed our problem. He was also very personable.

5 stars does not do Flaherty justice. We came home with a newborn to no heat from our mini split system. Flaherty took an emergency call at midnight and provided us with space heaters until they were able to return to fix the problem. Huge shoutout to Wes and Mike for a quick assessment of the issue at the end of their workday. Ben and Jack were fantastic, friendly, and quick with their leak investigation and recharging of the system. Seamus on the dispatching and billing side was super easy to work with to get the quotes and work finalized prior to completion. If you’re in the Framingham area don’t bother searching further than Flaherty!

I would highly recommend Flaherty Plumbing and HVAC of Framingham MA. I have lived in Framingham for 28 years and they are the only plumber that I have ever used here. They always do a great job. I’ve used Flaherty a few times, and I’ve always found them to be extremely reliable and professional. Jody is particularly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. During my most recent service call, he took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and make sure everything was clear. On his way out, Jody even stopped by to help my neighbor tighten her kitchen faucet and gave her an aerator for free. He was very happy to give her a few extra minutes of his time on a busy day, and it meant a lot to her!
