Rosalie came to inspect my gas boiler which had been been underperforming lately. She did some maintenance which improved the performance right away and she made some recommendations for important parts that would extend the life of the boiler. She was very courteous and thorough and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be more pleased.

Colin the service tech came out that day and diagnosed the problem. It was a relatively easy fix, so i ordered the part. He was very knowledgeable, he answered all my questions regarding me doing the work. It saved me a lot of money.

Furnace wasn't setup properly when first installed. Ended up costing me thousands more over a couple years in electrical vs propane heating fuel. Fortunately Samy listened to my issue thoroughly and was able to find the issue. He also provided a backup setting in case the issue persisted. He was friendly and professional. Landry also waived the service fee, although they did come last year within the warranty for the same issue and didn't fix it then, so this is understandable.

Rosalie Powers was the Landry technician who conducted the maintenance. She arrived right on time, provided an agenda for the visit. The maintenance was completely in roughly 20 minutes, not a surprise as the HVAC units assessed are 6-month new. On completion, Rosalie discussed the tests conducted and results. All were fine and the system is running efficiently. Review of the Ecobee thermostat was also assessed with no issued identified.

Recommendations:
1. Landry tech walked-through the metrics reported. This was on a 'Tablet' used by the company. I would like to have a copy of the report (email PDF) so that I have a record of the maintenance, diagnostics conducted, and the results.

2. Where do I go if I have addition questions, .e.g.
- What is the frequency of replacing the filter?
- Why is there a ~7in. diameter hole cut into one of the hot air ducts?

After a power outage my geothermal unit would not cycle back to operational. Called Landry as they did some previous work for me. Even late in the evening my tech Louis Recine arrived and within an hour got our heat back to operational. Louis was very informative and friendly and made recommendations on how to improve the system. Louis and Landry came through again and I would recommend 10/10 times.

Great communications! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when you’re talking on the phone. The technicians (plumbers in my case) are friendly, polite and clean everything up when they’re done. This is the third time I’ve used their service and I will be calling them again soon for my next project.

We've used Landry for about a months now. They installed our heat pump system and now came for the checkup as well as maintenance for our has boiler. Everyone from Landry has been super nice as well as professional. Work is done quickly with info up front on how much things will cost. We are so glad we chose Landry!

Both Joe Viveiros and Corey Menard were fabulous. We have no issues at all with the service provided, and are greatful to have heat today. We do feel that your communication system is highly flawed. On our 5th day with no heat, we made three calls 2 hours apart between each call, and did not receive any calls back until my husband finally called and spoke to Gabby directly (who was excellent). All we wanted was a status update. We were not asking for an appointment time. We wanted to know if parts had been ordered and if so when they were expected in. I don't know if your answering service is actually staffed by Landry, but receive zero communication almost made us call Garabedian instead. Your actual technitains were great. Your communication was horrible.

Aaron (and Landry) provided wonderful service as always! Aaron took the time to review the issue and determine the potential issues and solutions. He explained everything in detail and took care of the ordering, any warranty questions we had, and returned once the part was available to quickly replace the part and ensure everything was functioning as expected.

I cannot recommend Landry Mechanical enough. We happened to have issues with our heater the week before our newborn baby was due. We had the entire HVAC replaced to a heat pump which happened to overlap with the week we brought our newborn home. The project took 5 days and every single person who came into our home was kind, courteous, respectful and cognizant of our new baby. Josh, the project leader was amazing. Highly communicative, super nice, and respectful. There was alot of work going on but the team made it into the best possible situation it could have been. We are extremely grateful. The heat has been working great!

Dave Q and AK from Flaherty Plumbing were absolutely terrific. They came same day when my water heater failed. Shames confirmed I was covered under warranty. Best news ever!

We had hot water by 5:00 PM. I have used Flaherty for 15 plus years. There is a reason why I continue to use them and it’s their great service. Nice job!

Corinne was very quick, efficient and listened well. My kitchen sink drain was clear in no time. I am a repeat customer of Flaherty plumbing and they stand behind their work, so I am sure I will continue with their service.

Andrew was very professional and worked so hard to complete the plumbing work we needed in one day. He was here all day long and was able to install a new sink, garbage disposal, water line to our new refrigerator and install a new dishwasher for us. He was very friendly and informed us of everything he was doing as he want along. We are very happy with the work he did and highly recommend him and Paul Flahertys plumbing service! Thank you

Flaherty Plumbing Co, Inc. Performed plumbing repairs in Oct 2024. The Office was a pleasure to work with. They made the service scheduling easy and timely. Ryan M. performed the work. He is a master plumber! He was outstanding! He quickly repaired a shutoff valve and repaired a kitchen faucet hand spray. The hand spray was not working because the manufacturer sent a compression fitting check valve, that was assembled backwards at the Factory. Ryan took the time to assess the problem. He switched the check valve and the compression fitting and hand spray works as intended. I’m very thankful for Ryan’s determination and work. I highly recommend Ryan M.

I am so pleased with the services Ryan and Flaherty performed in our bathroom. We had some water damage and needed to install new toilet and vanity. Ryan and team were so professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend them 100%.

Corinne came to my home to remove a broken disposal and replace it with a new one. She was professional, friendly and and pleasant and did an amazing job! Needed a battery for a sump pump, Peter, Jake and Ryan, arrived right on schedule, were extremely knowledgeable and were able to explain to me the additional work the sump pump needed to be fully functional. They discovered a leak in the line and were able to repair and do all the work same day! Will definitely be using again in the future!

Another stellar and hopefully not as frequent visit today! Had a pin hole leak in between the top of the foundation wall and basement ceiling, but closer to the exterior wall of the house. Not sure how they’d get to it. My thinking was go through the wall where the bathroom sink is. Romeo was able to make a few elbow joints into the feed and the leak was fixed! As always, prompt, friendly, engaging and efficient with the repair and clean up. Thanks Paul Flaherty! Another job well done!

Great service and super fast response to our water heater dying and needing to he replaced. Called around 8:00 am and here I am just after lunch with a replacement fully installed! Romeo handled our job and was friendly, kept things clean, explained what he was doing and overall did a fantastic job.
