I suggest looking elsewhere. Their customer service is very lacking. On one occasion Nate ordered and delivered an incorrect product then insisted that’s what we had ordered. Even recounting a conversation that never happened. On another occasion we worked with Kerry to figure out a vanity. She repeatedly pointed out how unfortunate the design of our bathroom was. She emphasized the problems and didn’t suggest solutions even complaining. Their prices are high and they are not a customer forward business. Save yourself the time and aggravation.

Donnie in the Framingham store was terrific. He stuck with me through my purchase of a hard to find part for a toilet. I'm not a plumber, so he made sure that I knew all of the steps to re-construct my toilet, including the kleenex trick to detect any slow leaks. No leaks, and no headaches. He even has a follow up question for the rep that he'll relay the answer back to me. I'll be asking for him directly next time.

Scheduled a visit to install a waterline for a fridge. Randy K. was the technician, very professional, pleasant guy. Talked about what we needed done, offered us a free review of our current plumbing situation, and the options. Based on his advice we're waiting to get the work done 'till we have the fridge in place. Pleased with the service and advice. We will definetly call them back when we're ready to get the work done.

Louis and Eddie did a good job working on a difficult radiant heat system. They discovered a failing pump and made the replacement and all is running well now. My only concern was the price. Replacing a <$200 pump shouldn't cost $1,100 - but this was not Louis or Eddie's doing.

Louis Recine: I found a thermostat shade for the solarium but there is no place to install it because of the light switch. Please advise!

My experiences with the plumber-Paul, HVAC,-Sammy, and electrician-Michael, all three individuals have been superb. Those 3 people deserve 5 stars each.
However, I am giving the company 3 stars, because your dispatch and answering service deserves 0 stars. Your system is extremely inefficient, and the communication regarding customers and scheduling is horrible.
If I didn’t like the actual service employees, I would have asked for all of our money back and cancelled all 3 jobs.
Aren’t you lucky you didn’t lose 3 jobs because of dispatch.
Hopefully, your communication and efficiency will improve for future jobs, so that that my frustration won’t outweigh my patience.

    $300 in parts, 2.5 hours labor = $1700 bill?
That's some serious gouging right there! No wonder you don't itemize the bill and do a flat rate. I should have looked before agreeing. My bad. I still had to replace the zone valve to get hot water. Main cause of the call. Mind blown!
The guys were awesome, polite, cleaned up, etc. No complaints there.

Rosie was fantastic! Landry was great at staying in touch and I appreciated the photo badge identification notification before the visit.

Rosalie was very professional and had a lot of knowledge of our system. She went into detail of the problems and gave her recommendation in a straight forward way. It wasn’t the solution we wanted but she was honest and had a supervisor come out to give us options we desperately needed.

Pat, Jack and the whole Landry team were incredibly professional. They installed our split system efficiently and effectively. The indoor units look great and the outdoor unit is barely noticeable. They took the time to add extra material to the ceiling units so that they blend into the wall without any gaps. They cleaned each day so that you wouldn’t even know they had been there. After each day they gave a detailed update on what was completed and what the plan for the following day was. I recommend Landry for anyone who needs heating, plumbing or electrical work at their house.

Great experience all around. Setting up the service was easy, the office was very proactive and communicative. They set the right expectation for service day. On service day, I got a text with info including a pic of who would be here to service our system. It’s really nice getting that so you know exactly who you’re expecting when they show up and you know that Landry has certified that this is a trained and licensed technician.

Our tech, Samyson was so friendly and polite throughout the experience. He took lots of photos to show the condition of our units before and after his work. we could really see just how much dirt, dust and debris that he had to clean out of both of our HVAC units. He explained a few different options for the service we could get along with pricing and all that stuff. Samyson was really knowledgeable about the hvac systems and also seemed to really enjoy what he does, it was a pleasure having him here to service our system.

Louis and Drew were fantastic. They made sure to look at all aspect of my mini split unit to determine what was wrong with it. They made sure to keep me updated on what they were doing and what the price would be for each option. They were very friendly and made sure myself and my dog were comfortable throughout the whole process. Landry has always been my go to for HVAC services and will continue to be!

Called Landry to quote various options to replace my hybrid water heater. Their onsite techs provided a thorough analysis and provided me with options to consider. In addition, Landry was very good at providing updates concerning when the tech were on the way to my residence.

Way over priced. Wanted over $1000 to replace a shutoff valve and fill valve (I provided the Fluidmaster fill valve) on one of my toilets. I found a local plumber that replaced the entire toilet for $700 and he provided the American Standard toilet and did an excellent job. Landry wanted over $2000 for the same job. If you want to throw your money away, try Landry Mechanical.

In response to your response, little to none of what you list justifies what you wanted to charge for my initial request. The local plumber ended up charging me $625, about half of what charge and I got a new toilet.

"A real person answering the phone every time you call 24/7"? I talk directly with the person doing the work when I call the local plumber.

"A truck stocked with $14,000 in parts..." Big deal...all I needed was a shutoff valve and I provided the fill valve.

So I'm supposed to pay for all these extras that I'll never take advantage of?
