I needed a level II EV charger installed, and Grillo Electric did not disappoint. Beginning with the first point of contact, the office staff of Donna and Ava are wonderfully friendly and accommodating. The Grillo installation team, led by Mark, did a fantastic job and left the site sparkling clean.

This past February, I had my hot water heater replaced and got a few add ones. It was an all day job
... very neat while he worked. Then in April or May had them come in to do an HVAC service on both heat & ac. Next thing to try is having some electrical work. With what I have had done so far, I am more than pleased with everything from start to finish. Now to have some electrical work done! Glad I made that first phone call! 👏👏👏

The technicians were polite, but the quality of their devices is terrible. The motion sensor light they installed stopped working in less than two years! When I called, they wanted to charge me $225 just to diagnose the problem. On top of that, I was told the warranty only lasts one year. Very disappointing — I can’t trust this company anymore.

We’ve used Grillo Electric more times than I can count over the last year, as we made improvements to our old home prior to selling and then after moving into our new home. Scheduling is easy, communication is excellent and they are very reliable. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and efficient as is Ryan, and they are both friendly and happy to help in any way. They make a fun team to have around the house! We missed them after all the work was done! Paul is our go-to guy for all electrical issues. We highly recommend Grillo!

Had lights and an electrical outlet put in. Paul (electrician) and Ryan(apprentice) showed up at my house. Both were very professional, neatly dressed and pleasant. Paul was detailed oriented and asked many questions to make sure the project was done correctly. He quoted me a price prior to doing the work which I thought was reasonably priced out. We are so incredibly impressed with Grillo! We recently hired them to remove knob and tube wiring from our old home, and from the start, they were professional, kind, and incredibly responsive — getting us on their schedule immediately after the inspection. We truly felt like a priority, and their level of care and attention to detail was that of if they were working on their own home.
