I was searching for a company to provide maintenance service for our Generac generator, and found O'Koren on the company's website. I called and scheduled the tune-up for a few days later. How often in this day and age can one say that one has received superior service over and above what one was expecting? Joe provided diagnostic and tune-up services. I was amazed when he spray painted some gas fittings that had begun to rust. He also intrepidly sprayed a hornet's nest which was threatening to delay a gas tank fill! I highly recommend O'Koren Electrical!

Joe has been great to work with. We had a GFI breaker connected to our oven intermittently tripping and he was willing to come out and address this as a courtesy since they had installed the panel. He was responsive and courteous, even wearing booties when entering the house, which shows respect for others' property. This was all very much appreciated and goes a long way.

Prompt return call, very polite, tried to help us over the phone to resolve the problem. When he showed up thw next day Joe was on time and and went thru the whole house showed us what the problem was and is fixed also had him give estimates for extra outlets.

Needed generator looked at for a house my mother-in-law bought. I knew nothing about generators and if it even worked. Joe O’Koren came out in the blizzard to fix my generator it was pricey but I have no idea on prices and what is normal… hey it was the middle of a blizzard and he had to shovel alot! Lucky to have him, Kudos to Joe
