Shawn was great! I called the office, he was here within 30 minutes and we had a solution very quickly. Would recommend G&C to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about Randy! He originally came to inspect our tankless water heater and noticed that there were no valves. He came a second time and put them in for us in order to maintenance our water heater. The previous owners of the house never had cleaned it out before. Randy cleaned it out for us and the water is great now. Thanks Randy!

Bob and Sway came to help us with an HVAC issue...and like all the techs, they were great. Personable, explained everything well and helped us out. We had no heat with a relatively new unit and it was about 20 degrees outside. G&C sent help promptly. Every time we have these guys out it's a pleasant experience, from the first phone call to the end of the service.

Brian Perry came in as we had some concern about our recent Furnace Installation. Very Professional and explained in detail. Very happy with the service. Also he did helped out with some other issues too

Lost my heat overnight. Called the office and Randy and Ashley were here at 8 AM. Very polite, explained all of my options regarding boiler. After deciding plan, heat was on in an hour and just in time before storm! Highly recommend

Chris Sullivan has serviced my house 2 times in the last few months (for completely different issues) and he has been nothing short of thorough, honest and effective in his work. He has discovered things in my old house that I would’ve never caught, allowing us to get ahead of any issues that could happen. G&C is lucky to have him on their team!

Shawn and Anthony quickly identified the problem as frozen pipes, we received a clear quote of the cost and the G&C Team came out as a rush job on the weekend to fix this emergency. We had a VERY old boiler that needed replacing. We found the G&C Plumbing & Heating team in one of those coupon packets and decided to give them a call.

They were fantastic!

The initial consult was very informed and the person who came by detailed out exactly what they were going to do and replace. I would get a text before he came and then when it was time for the plumbers to show up (that same week by the way!!) they were extremely professional and literally worked all day to get the boiler replaced.

While the team did miss one small portion of the pipes, I let them know and they immediately scheduled time to come back and finish the job as promised!

Financing and payment options were also super easy and transparent as they described all that for me right up front.

I can’t say enough good things about G & C Plumbing and Heating. On Christmas Eve, during extremely cold weather, I discovered a leak at my outdoor faucet and was genuinely worried about frozen pipes. I wasn’t sure anyone would even be willing to come out on such short notice, but the owner made sure a technician, Chris, was sent to my home right away.

Chris was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely professional, clearly explained what the issue was, and walked me through a few different repair options so I could choose what made the most sense. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to educate me along the way, showing me how to properly winterize my home so I can avoid issues like this in the future.

The repair itself took under an hour, and it was clear Chris knew exactly what he was doing—very efficient, thorough, and respectful of my home. He even covered his feet before coming inside, which says a lot about his attention to detail.

I found the whole process of getting a new water heater installed very painless. The plumbers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They determined the water heater needed to be replaced (was leaking after 12 years). We discussed what I wanted done and they gave me several options with different price tags. The work was done same day and the work was neat with everything cleaned up after the installation. They walked me through the installation. I was very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

G&C has been wonderful to work with! They have saved us in multiple emergency situations. Not only were they able to offer the most competitive pricing - but they were able to accomodate speedy installation without added fees, and the staff was such a pleasure to work with!

We needed an emergency replacement of the heat exchanger in our tankless water heater, and G&C came out the same day. Shawn was personable, professional, and efficient. We had to wait a day on the part, but he was back as soon as the part came in, and it was replaced that morning.

Casey Perry from G&C Plumbing & Heating visited my house to check on the very old gas boiler for heating the house. He spent good amount of time analyzing the current zones and heating requirement to propose a new boiler for the future. He was courteous, technical and knowledgeable in his work and professional in manner. He gave us a very thorough and good estimate and it was free.
