We were very lucky to have found True Shine Cleaning Services.

They are without a doubt, the most thorough and professional cleaners you will ever have.

We've had other services in the past, and the difference in their work is night and day from the others.

They Service multiple homes of ours , and other family members.

Michelle and Veronica do an amazing job in Gloucester.
Thamires travels to both Waltham and Watertown and is incredible. Jessica and her entire staff are A+.

In this day and age it's hard to find a service, that not only does a great job but that has old fashioned costumer service values.

I highly recommend True Shine.

True Shine has been cleaning my apartment for about two years. I am totaly satisfied with their services. The cleaning crew pays attention to detail.

Jessica and her team are the best cleaning crew! They go above and beyond! I highly recommended them as your regular cleaners. Your house will thank you

I am a first time homeowner in Gloucester. I was very pleased with the services performed: very thorough and professional. Highly recommend. I have now used their cleaning services for 4 months. And I can honestly say that I am pleased with all aspects of True Shine.

This is a great cleaning service! The crew is friendly, efficient, and very thorough: the house is sparkling clean after they leave. The owner responds to all communications promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!

True Shine has been cleaning for us for years and we are always impressed with their quality and professionalism! Jessica is a pleasure to work with!

Using for the second time. The personnel are very nice and great with my dogs. They do a great job and you barely know they are here. I highly recommend.

True Shine Cleaning did such an amazing job cleaning my house. They left every room with a "fresh" look and feeling! I highly recommend their cleaning company to those who are looking for one.

True Shine does sparkling work! They cover the needs of our AirBnB rental so well, that our guests comment about how clean and orderly everything is when they walk in the door. We allow pets and guests that follow a pet-included rental never even know that a dog may have been there! Communication is excellent with the Team, and I always get notifications by Text when they're on their way and when the cleaning has been completed. I would highly recommend True Shine!

Very first cleaning service I’ve used that really conducts the service as a business. Extremely professional and consistently does an outstanding job. All employees are bonded and before you start the service a manager walks through your home and together a work plan is created specific to your individual cleaning needs. After each cleaning a manager either stops by or contacts the you to check on the service provided to assure the customer is completely satisfied.

True Shine is an excellent cleaning company. Jessica and her team always do a great job. They are trustworthy, attentive, and their communication is wonderful.

We absolutely look forward to our scheduled cleanings with True Shine Cleaning Services. The team is reliable, always arrive on time and ready to make our home sparkle. Each cleaning is thorough and detailed. You can tell they take pride in their work. We could not be happier with their service.

I worked with Cristy and Jessica from True Clean to schedule a deep clean followed by monthly cleaning services for my disabled father. They were both absolutely wonderful to work with — professional, kind, and accommodating. The cleaning team that came out was efficient, attentive to detail, and did an outstanding job. I’m very grateful for their care and thoroughness. Highly recommend True Clean!

True Shine cleaning has been cleaning for us for 10 years over three homes and their work has always been top notch. They pay special attention to details of particular rugs or showers that need extra care. Their communication is clear and efficient and we value their service.

Really excellent experience with this company this weekend. Even though she was fully booked, Jessica still managed to find me a cleaning crew within 15-mins, and she called me right back.

The two ladies, Veronica and Rayana, did a very thorough, deep clean, and worked really hard for 3-hrs straight. They made the oven look like new. They turned my rental property into the perfect experience for my new tenants.

The best review I can give is that I would call Jessica and her crew again before calling anyone else. Excellent job, ladies.

I hired True Shine over a year ago to clean my mother’s home after her previous service stopped showing up and wouldn’t return my phone calls. Jessica and her team have been great. Reliable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend them.

True Shine cleaning crew consistently delivers outstanding cleaning, and organization. services. They are punctual, professional and always willing to accommodate any special requests happily. Just as importantly they are extremely trust worthy and I have no hesitation having any of there team members in my home. I enjoy knowing I will receive a reminder text in addition to text as soon as they arrive and when they depart. I highly recommend their service without hesitation.
