Very bad experience with this company, they did work in my house through mass save and decided that I needed to isolate my attic which had a floor and had a warehouse and clothesline, then they told me that to isolate it I had to remove the wood from the floor to fix the electricity that was old and well I agreed and they tore up the whole floor, they fixed the electricity which I was without electricity for a while in the rooms for a while because they could not do everything in a day, then they threw around 17 inches of insulation and according to them they were going to return to put the floor and even tools in my house they left and until now they have not returned and I called sent email and now they say that they spent a lot of money in my house and they can not install the floor, according to my experience in the field of repairs they have very bad communication with the employees and do not coordinate the jobs and that was the problem and now they do not want to fix it , never install a/c pumps , water heater just a window and destroy my attic and left like 4 inches holes in my walls , unbelievable!!!! Useless attic at this moment!!!

I had American Installations assist with several MassSave assessments and the rep they sent out, Eddie Perez, went above and beyond every step of the way to help with any paperwork and submissions that were required! It was a fantastic experience.

Eddie Perez came out for my assessment and was absolutely amazing! He helped me so much I just bought my own house and didn't know how I was going to do everything and my insulation was not good, he explained everything to me and helped me with so much! Highly recommend American installations

Eddie Perez from AI came to my home and gave me an energy assessment and then gave me some recommendations, at no point did he try to sell me anything. A crew returned and added insulation to my attic. sealed my rim joists, replaced worn door insulation and insulated my bathroom vents in my attic. These folks were all super polite and friendly and when the job was done, they left zero trace of being here.

Tanner was great to work with! I felt thoroughly understood as I brought several issues to his attention. He listened carefully and sympathetically to all the issues that I had been having with the home that my family is currently renting and was crisp and clear in all communication. He promised to follow up on several issues the following day and keep me in the loop regarding any future correspondence with the landlord/ rental agency.
I highly recommend American Installations and personally Tanner for all your Mass Save energy savings needs! I am truly impressed with the service and look forward to working with them again in the future. MR. Eddie's from home solution was punctual at the time of our appointment. Also. He was very respectful, professional and very helpful. As long with the Josh's crew. Erick, Berto and RJ. I will hardly recommend them to the clients.

After an energy audit, several no cost ideas and suggestions were made. Even suggestions that did cost he gave his honest evaluation of those options and helped know which were the better choices and translated various 'shop talk' terms (i didn't know what the different wires on a thermpstate were and the sizes of some LED lights suitable for my kitchen lights. MASSAVE Contractor - Excellent service and recommendations for my new home. Eddie was on time (called ahead to say time he was coming ) and very courteous and personable. He explained in detail the services I would be eligible for including additional insulation in my attic, sill insulation in my basement , basement door insulation , bath vent corrections, and door weatherstripping. Eddie was very thorough and efficient and inspected the whole house inside and out. Highly recommend American Installations who works with MASSAVE,

They were amazing they were professional, they knew what a great thing they were doing for me and my kids. I pray it helps save me money on my gas bill because my heat was just going out my windows. Again, I’m just so grateful for them and for American installations in Mass save. I do wonder though about my Dryer vent I don’t think they replaced the whole thing it looks like they only did half of it, and they cut it in half and attached the newer part to the older part instead of just a whole new vent??? I would like a whole new vent because the part that they cut off was so full of lint that I can’t imagine the other older part that the newer part is connected to is just as bad.

Chris communicated his approximate arrival time and indeed show up within the time stated.
Chris is very personable, professional, and completely knowledgeable about the products and services offered. Chris was aware at the beginning of the assessment process, I did not qualify for services they offered. Nonetheless, Chris continued to complete a full assessment of my home and offered me his findings.

Chris was very clear, efficient and helpful in his Mass Saves audit. Said what he knew clearly, and researched for help where he didn't.
We were lucky and they had an opening the next day to do the needed insulation. Worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.
