I have purchased successfully from Needham/Wesco. I am a consumer, not an electrician. I recently bought a 40A GFCI GE circuit breaker here for our new oven and installed it in my electrical box, hoping to save a bit of money. The breaker did not work with our new stove; it tripped regularly. When I attempted to return the item, I was told it could not be returned because it had been energized, and they could not assume liability for it. I spoke with my electrician and he said there was no way to know whether it would work without energizing it. I attempted a second return, and they denied it again. I told them this was a bad policy. They can sell an item but take no responsibility for whether it works or not. What a business model!
