I have purchased successfully from Needham/Wesco. I am a consumer, not an electrician. I recently bought a 40A GFCI GE circuit breaker here for our new oven and installed it in my electrical box, hoping to save a bit of money. The breaker did not work with our new stove; it tripped regularly. When I attempted to return the item, I was told it could not be returned because it had been energized, and they could not assume liability for it. I spoke with my electrician and he said there was no way to know whether it would work without energizing it. I attempted a second return, and they denied it again. I told them this was a bad policy. They can sell an item but take no responsibility for whether it works or not. What a business model!

We used Casey for some electrical work on our new barbershop. He is great! Super knowledgeable person that will take the time to guarantee the job is done right and up to the highest standards. It's hard now adays to even get electricians to even give you a call back for work but that's not the case with Casey he's very professional about returning and answering calls and getting the job done on time and efficiently. I can't recommend his company and Casey enough his work is amazing and he's just a genuinely great person to support. If you are needing any work don't hesitate to reach out you will not be disappointed I know I wasn't he made the lights in the barbershop look amazing we get compliments on them daily!
