I had an emergency and I called asap drains and they couldn’t figure out the issue and left without resolving the issue with a loose pipe . I called roto rooter and Joe rocca came and he was very professional and kind
He was able to resolve the issue in minutes and also fixed the pipe from asap drain for free . Fantastic job couldn’t be happier -

2nd service person that came to clean drain, Joel was very knowledgable and explained what he did.
1st servive person that showed up 5 hours late, Van, was not very experienced. She was vey courteous and tried hard to solve the problem but did not have all needed tools.
No charge for second visit.
