I had an emergency and I called asap drains and they couldn’t figure out the issue and left without resolving the issue with a loose pipe . I called roto rooter and Joe rocca came and he was very professional and kind He was able to resolve the issue in minutes and also fixed the pipe from asap drain for free . 2nd service person that came to clean drain, Joel was very knowledgable and explained what he did. 1st servive person that showed up 5 hours late, Van, was not very experienced. She was vey courteous and tried hard to solve the problem but did not have all needed tools. No charge for second visit.
The tech never gave up, kept looking and trying things. His professionalism was over the top, actually impressive. In the 3 hours he found the grease clog and worked on resolving it until he was satisfied it was right. He ran into supply issues, but thought out of the box to finish the job. I was very impressed!
Sorry to say, I did not get her name. She was at my home Saturday. February 18 in West Peabody I had three other people come to my house could not resolve the problem. She came in within an hour she resolve the problem cleaned up after and was very helpful. I was very impressed with her. Thank you for your service.
Called in the morning after seeing water on the basement floor. By the afternoon a tech came out to unclog the drain line running from the house to the septic. He was efficient and thorough. About a week later another tech came out to put a camera down the drain to check and inspect the previously done work. Very satisfied with both and with the job done. The 6 month guarantee also really helps in case the clog was caused by something else.
