Jaime the tech came to check the bathroom sink for a slow drain and knew exactly what to do. She fixed the problem and showed me what she did ran a test right in front of me and explained in detail the issue. I will use Jaime again and reference her and Roto Rooter to all my friends. The speed in which the company reacted to the problem was amazing. Their company customer service was excellent.

The tech Joe Rocca was awesome!! He worked an hour past his normal time until 11:00 at night to help us. He improvised and came up with a solution to fix our problem and did great!! I would definitely ask for him next time. 5 stars all the way!!! Thank you Joe for all your hard work, we appreciate everything you did for us!!

Denys from Roto Rooter was our super hero who solved our draining/sewage issue. We couldn't use the water & bathroom for a few days because of draining issue flooding our basement. Denys came and knew exactly what to do after we briefly explained the situation and showed him the video of flooding area. He is very professional, friendly and solves our issue by working immediately. Highly recommended. I was happy to know that Roto Rooter also offer 6 months warranty for free too. Their customer service is direct call, responsive, friendly too. Very happy with their service.

We had a clogged sink and Joe came in accessed the situation gave us a fair price and got to work. He was efficient and kept our room clean and tidy. He finished in a reasonable time and spent a few minutes explaining his work. We could not have been more satisfied.

Denys was excellent. Very friendly, arrived on time, and explained everything that was happening and what my options were. Our cast iron drain pipe had a major clog outside the house and he was able to clear it with a high pressure flushing tool.

Joel was very knowledgeable and provided helpful tips while unclogging our basement utility sink that our washer empties into. He provided courteous and professional quality service and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. The clog was actually many feet away from the sink towards the sewer and he came equipped with the tools to handle the job, He was also very organized and kept the work area as clean as anyone probably could throughout the process. I would work with this company again and I highly recommend Joel.

We called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday and received an appointment to clear our kitchen drain the next day(Sunday!). We receive a heads up call when he was on his way and right on time he came. Joel went to the cellar immediately checking our 90 foot long run. He tapped his way down the pipe and was pretty sure the clog was at the 90 degree turn to the septic pipe. He took his wire unit and started running it all the way down to the drain to the septic pipe. We could hear it from up stairs! After 3 flushing, which are extremely hard to perform, he was done. He collected his unit and tools, clean up the minimal spots, came up to check the kitchen sink, all set. I also asked about maintenance, what cleaners to use etc. I purchased roto’s liquid as it’s the best. The small amount (2 oz) of liquid down the once a month follow by a hot sink full of water, overnight is good, creates spores the spread down the entire run as time goes on. Also, a full hot water plug in the sink, then let it go is recommended on a weekly basis. Same routine with the sinks and showers in the house. We were so impressed with Joel and roto, they were fantastic!! Thank you again Joel and ROTO rooter!! Pat and Dawn.

The service technician was phenomenal. Incredibly friendly, informative and genuinely engaged in providing excellent service. Even though he's probably done these kind of jobs countless times, he never once acted like he was going through the motions. He gave me excellent practical advice, answered all my questions and curiosities and was a consummate professional. He also made sure the bathroom and kitchen areas were clean and dry when he left. This was my first time using RotoRooter and I would now go to them first in the future because of this experience.

They didn't solve anything. Put a camera down the pipe to see what was going on. They only made the matter worse by pushing the blockage down the system and saying the pipe had a low point. Had someone come to dig around the pipe and fixed the problem ourselves.

These guys came right away. They were knowledgeable and cleaned everything up. They even called the city to clean the sewer that was a bit clogged. They were extremely nice and walked me through my options. I would recommend them for your drainage issues.

Kevin from Roto Rooter was extraordinary. Easily repaired the leak and discovered it was shoddy prior workmanship. He installed much better quick shut off valves. He found places where our Water Purification system would have leaked in the near future and fixed it. Very proactive. I had an urgent plumbing issue. Roto-Rooter was at my house in about an hour, which was surprisingly fast. They diagnosed and fixed the issue, which took about an hour. The price was higher than expected.

Clogged main drain, (and you know what that means) was the problem. I called RR and the person I spoke with on the phone was very nice, helpful and friendly. When the tech was going to be an hour later than expected, I got a call from RR telling me that and sure enough the tech (Alex) showed up shortly after the call. He was professional and sympathetic to our problem and took care of it quickly. I would highly recommend their services.

I had a blocked sewer line between the house and the street. Bryan came out and snaked the line and found roots blocking the flow. He worked hard and was able to cut through them and clear the line. I was very pleased with the service .

Super fast service; called at 1, stubborn toilet clog fixed by 4. Burim was friendly, informative, efficient, and tidy. Gave me suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future. Not cheap, but I don't imagine the cost was much different than others.
