What drew us to PCA construction was their modern design ideas and the amazing work they displayed through their social media. Working together with Pedro and his team to create our dream pool deck was seamless. They stayed on schedule and cleaned up after each day. Their workmanship was unparalleled to any other concrete companies we researched in our area. We highly recommend PCA Construction and can't wait to use them again on future projects.

Pca concrete& construction was excellent, we wanted our pool patio done during a certain timeframe and although they were very busy , they were able to fit us in and get the job done in our time frame. Workers were polite and professional. Our pool patio looks amazing and well done. We have another project and have reached out to the company for a quote.

PCA was very responsive through email and txt. Patio came out great, very happy with the results. So much better than pavers which was the other alternative to covering this space in the yard.

PCA was great to work with from day 1. We met with Pedro and he shared his ideas. He gave us a bid in a timely manner and we were able to go and choose the pavers in person. The team that worked at our house did a beautiful job and were very professional. We would work with them again without hesitation.

Had PCA construction remove 2500 sqft asphalt driveway and replace with concrete. Team was very professional and accommodated all requests I had during prep and pouring. Came in within original estimate and had a good quality finish/no cracking so far. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Pedro and his team at PCA Concrete did a fabulous job creating our new pool deck and walkway. They removed the old deck and poured the new stamped concrete deck and walkway. They entire team Pedro has is like a family. They help each other and have fun in what they do. They pay attention to detail, which I really liked. When it came time to apply the stamps, they are truly artists not just craftsman. Pedro answered all my questions. PCA Concrete went above and beyond my expectations.

Pedro and his team were excellent. They removed a disaster of an old pool deck and the new pool deck they installed came out fantastic. Very happy with the finished product and would definitely recommend PCA concrete.

Pedro and PCA took our simple request for a 3ft cantilever coping deck and made it sleek and elegant, exactly what we envisioned for the area. Half the price of the pool contractor's recommended vendor, he did all of this for a price that met our budget.

My experience with the PCA team and owner Pedro was outstanding. From the first meeting to talk about my pool patio project and get a quote he was extremely helpful explaining every step of the process and providing specific recommendations based on the specifics. He was extremely understanding when I decide to make a few changes to the original plan and responded to my texts or calls expeditiously. The day the project began, his team showed up on schedule bright and early and provided some suggestions to enhance layout of the pool deck. Overall their workmanship, attention to detail and communication throughout the process was excellent and I will be using them for other future projects and highly recommend them to friends and family.

After we installed an inground pool, we were referred by the pool company to the PCA concrete company. They offered a fair price, and even stamped the concrete for no extra charge!
Pedro (the owner) is as nice as it gets, responds quickly to any concerns, and delivers first-rate results. The decking that they did is absolutely beautiful; our backyard suddenly looks like something from a magazine!
Their team arrives early, works non-stop, and is always professional. They paid attention to every detail, including the cleanup. They even spent over an hour replacing the dog fencing that was removed by the pool company. It wasn’t their job to do, but that’s just how helpful they are.
If every contractor had the standards for performance and interaction that PCA has, there would be a lot fewer lawsuits! I could not recommend them more highly.

We highly recommend PCA Concrete. When deciding what we wanted to do in our backyard, I came across PCA on Instagram and contacted them right away. Pedro came out within a few days and talked through all of our needs for our space. We had many questions for him and he calmly and confidently answered them. He was always communicative and was honestly just super easy to work with. Once the work started, the crew was efficient and great at what they do. We are extremely happy with the finished product and can’t wait for all the good times to be had!!

Pedro and his team took our in ground pool to the finish line. They were responsive throughout the whole project and showed up on time and delivered a great finished product!!

After meeting Pedro and discussing how he could bring life back to our very badly faded stamped concrete pool deck, I knew I wanted to have PCA do the job. The work exceeded my expectations!!! The pool area is so much brighter and clean!! Sam and Joel (sp) did an amazing job and were SO pleasant and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend PCA. I will call them back to reseal regularly to keep the decking in good shape!

This company came highly recommended by folks in town and also my pool guy. I'm new to Shrewsbury and so had six companies quote me even with the recommendations. Their pricing came back right in the middle of all the quotes.
Pedro was very professional and responsive so that along with the pricing and recommendations made my decision. It was a decision I do not regret at all.
This summer of 2023 was the most rainy of any I can remember. That's not good for trying to run a concrete business. This caused some delays and cancelations of course and Pedro was communicative and provided updates throughout. His team was fast, thorough, paid attention to detail and in watching them it was clear they all knew what they were doing. The stamped concrete looks absolutely beautiful.

The old brick border and patio needed to be removed. Of course this was impossible to do without some of my top tiled border inside the pool breaking off. Some of the tiles were already loose also. Pedro and his team took care of it all. My nervous wife watching throughout was rewarded tremendously with the end result. I strongly recommend having a solar cover in place before work begins to reduce the mess that WILL end up in the pool.
I also strongly recommend anyone doing larger pours to pay the extra for stamped vs brushed.
My father worked in construction and poured concrete with my assistance many times. I say this because you WILL get some cracks. The stamped concrete hides any cracks extremely well. I challenge family and friends to find the ONE crack and they can't. My patio is about 60' by 60'.
I will post some pics and told Pedro I love it so much he is welcome to show it if to prospective customers who may want to see it in person.

PCA concrete will truly bring to life the backyard oasis you’ve been waiting for! Pedro and his team were professional, kind and worked with my requests and were responsive with questions. They delivered pristine results with creating a large stamped concrete patio around our pool and seamlessly match the existing patio’s design. They installed river rock and stepping stones to tie it all together. Amazing work by PCA and will 100% be calling Pedro for front walkway designs.

Pedro and his team recently completed our pool, deck area, and walkway to the backyard. His professionalism was top notch as he was extremely responsive, followed through on his commitments, and help navigate choices for tile, pavers, and interior of the pool. I made a few modifications and he was able to accommodate and use his own best judgement to create a beautiful pool area. He sought to get the best prices as we slightly expanded the project. His team was extremely hard-working and professional as well. His pricing was inline with the market which was much more than I wanted to spend but was fair. I would recommend him to others and would look forward to working with him again if I had additional work that I wanted to complete.

Pedro and all the PCA Concrete workers did a wonderful job with our dream backyard. The pavers around the pool, the stairs and wall looked amazing.
