Pedro and his team did an outstanding job building my pool deck and sidewalk. From start to finish, Pedro took the time to listen to what we wanted, offered some great options to enhance the design, and was on site throughout the entire project.

The crew who worked at the house were excellent. They helped with making some modifications along the way and handled the whole project with care and precision. They also cleaned up the area throughout the construction.

Pedro’s approach is very professional and we appreciated the ability to get in touch with him whenever we had questions. I highly recommend Pedro and his company for any work you may be looking for.

PCA Concrete and Construction completely transformed my backyard by leveling it, hydro-seeding, and installing a beautiful 500 sq. ft. patio. Pedro was responsive and professional every step of the way, always keeping me in the loop and even helping me save money by allowing me to contract free fill and delivery. He also recommended a great irrigation company to expand my system so the new lawn would thrive. The patio craftsmanship is excellent, the yard looks amazing, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free—I highly recommend PCA!

PCA did a great job laying stamped concrete around our pool, giving it new life. The only downside I would mention, was the end of job clean up was not great, but overall, I would use them again for future projects.A big thanks to Pedro and his team.

We put a pool and a sunken firepit in the back yard last summer. The project end to end was a massive project. Permits, Designing, and all the coordination is a lot but pedro worked really well with pool installer, electrician and plumber. He did a great job at managing my expectations, answering all my questions, keeping to the schedule and when I had concerns he always worked with me to address them. His whole team is friendly and work well together which shines through in the final product. I had an issue come up months after the job was completed. When I called Pedro, without hesitation he agreed to come by and fix it. I'm so happy to have worked with Pedro. He is an honest and hardworking guy. I wish more people were like him.

Follow up:
*PCA: Unfortunately, concrete pad done by PCA in 2022 didn't last despite annual sealing. The pad continued to crumble annually. PCA came by to seal and tried to fix annually (additional costs between $400-700 in 2023 and 2024). I could not get Pedro to return this year to discuss what could be done to save the pad. Unfortunately, Pedro did not follow up as the concrete pad continued to crumble.
****Holy Gutters: Shout out to Juan at Holy Gutters, who when doing my gutters, saw the crumbling pad. He suggested an option to stop the deterioration, which was far less costly than the initial stamped concrete. Juan literally got down on his knees to sand the entire pad, paint, and with the help of Junior, overlay with an epoxy seal. This was not the original stamped concrete look I did with Pedro at PCA, but the paint and epoxy salvaged the deteriorating pad and should last at least 5 years without need for annual sealing. Notably, there was an issue with bubbling when Juan first redid the pad, but he was back in a blink of an eye to re-sand, re-paint and re-apply epoxy. Holy Gutters take great pride in their work! They came back immediately to repair issues that arose at no additional cost. I don't know how long the paint and epoxy will last, but given their initial response to a problem, I trust that if I have any more problems down the road Juan will be back to honor his work. He and his wife take great pride in their work and making sure their customers are satisfied. They also worked on my gutters and made sure I was pleased with the final product. Highly recommend Holy Gutters, with understanding that while jobs may not always be perfect, Holy Gutters showed me they will return to resolve issues that may arise.

(Original 2022) Pedro and his team did an outstanding job covering old deteriorating patio with new stamp concrete installation! It was a pleasure to watch the crew work together, taking great pride in their work as if they were putting the patio in their own backyard. They were professional and courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. Pedro listened to what we wanted, made great recommendations (cool border), and made sure we were happy with the final job. PCA came back the very next day when we asked for a minor touch up. Although we had to wait to get on schedule given they are in high demand, they were on target with their start date and got the job done quickly, efficiently, and expertly. Cleanup was outstanding, too. We'll see how the patio holds up over time, but trust if any concerns Pedro and team will be back to help resolve any issues. Highly recommend.

Do not hire these guys. Paid $15,000, and every aspect of the job they did is failing and was not installed correctly. Had all this work that you see in the pictures done just over a year ago and it's not correct and they will not come to resolute they problems( and blame me). Ass you see in the pictures both stair pads are wrong, and pool pad is having major cracks. The two year warranty they sign before the work means nothing. Currently going after them though litigation, Attorney General, and Better Business Baurea. Do not belive anything the "Project Forman" Pedro says, he lies just to get the job, and then doesn't care after the job is done. I WARNED YOU( From a 37year old home owner, only looking for quality work). Thank you..........so this is update to their response......My wife has been trying to work with you for over a year, and Pedro's response was that it is our fault and you won't do anything.( Also Pedro asked my wife if he could talk to me the husband because "wife's make it more difficult"). If your sincere about that message come fix what you didn't do right and I won't have to take you to court.... Sincerely your customer that paid $15,000 and just wanted your work done right.
