My husband and I had a great experience having Collin’s Family Tree Experts help us out at our home. The team was very responsive and communicative leading up to our cleanup. It was great that they took another look at everything with us before starting to confirm exactly what we wanted to do. They helped us clean out dead branches and limbs from our two Japanese Maple trees and they look amazing! We had a lot of dead limbs hanging over the front of our home that they were able to cut back so they wouldn’t fall on our roof and cause damage. Overall very satisfied with the quality of service and they were a delight to work with. The team also wouldn’t accept payment until they finished and made sure everything was done how we wanted which we appreciated! Exceptional Tree Pruning Service!

Collins Family Tree services did an outstanding job pruning my trees. They expertly pruned two Norway Maples, one Crimson King, and one Japanese Maple, clearing the roofline and reduced the growth over the driveway. Their attention to detail and professionalism was top notch!

Steve Collins and his crew did a great job at our house cutting down trees, trimming back trees and stump grinding. They cut down two trees and cut back trees along our fence line. The work was done quickly and the cleanup was perfect. Steve had to take down some birdfeeders so they wouldn’t get damaged and then he came back and put them back in the ground for us. Steve and his crew went above and beyond doing a good job. We would highly recommend them for any tree services that you need.

Collins family tree is top notch, Steve and his crew are exceptional. They performed work around my property removing and pruning quite a few average sized oaks and poplars, and had a grand finale with the removal of a monster ancient oak at the rear of my barn that unfortunately had a rot hole down throughout its trunk. Steve and the Men on that crew expertly tackled that beast craning down limbs that were the size of full grown trees. I wouldn’t want anyone else performing this type of work for me. I highly recommend Collins family tree service.

I hired them to remove a tree in my yard and to leave the wood, I had 3 estimates with two being very close, I choose Valley tree because it a local business, and I try to support local businesses. The difference between leaving the wood and taking the wood was $100.00 no big deal, I had them leave the wood because my boys have a camp in Maine where they can burn the wood. Well, they dropped the tree and left, I am left with huge logs of trees that I know if they were taking the wood would of been cut down to a smaller size. (because they did cut some down to size before I had reminded them I was keeping the wood) the wood is sticking out of the ground in some places and its just a mess. I will be very hesitant in hiring them to do work again and you should be too, the guy said to me, I had someone coming to pick up the wood and I just said my sons will use it at their camp, and they stopped cutting it up and stacking it,. I don't think !00.00 was going to make a difference in them stacking it neatly and cutting it in manageable pieces and not cutting it up for me. The other estimate I had gotten had said they would leave the wood in 16" lengths. Again, even if it was left in just manageable sizes I would off been happy. The stump they cut to a few feet off the ground but even where they cut it they couldn't get the piece they cut off the stump. The Wood it still in the yard behind the fence where they left it, I'm still trying to figure out how to get it cut up, so my sons can split it. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them. So frustrating.

I teach a physics class and my students had just completed an egg drop project. As high as I could drop from in out field house was eight meters, but I still have two projects still remaining. Northern Tree was doing work out in front of the school and on a whim I decided to see if one of their workers would take the two projects up in the bucket truck and let them go. Without hesitation the gentleman I asked said yes, walked right over, and took the project on up. We found a winner and more importantly my class got an experience they will always remember.
