I highly recommend Garrett and Crown Mechanical HVAC Services. I would rate them with 6 Stars if there were such a rating!!

I live in Lexington MA. I had to call Garrett when my central air-con system broke down in the middle of the first heat wave this summer in the Boston area. Garrett was understandably extremely busy and fully-booked due to the heat wave. But he still called me back very quickly and gave me free advices and instructions over the phone to try and diagnose and fix my problem.

When all attempts failed, Garrett made special effort and swung by my house in-between jobs the next day. With his professional skills and expertise he fixed my system in no time. My unit started working perfectly and our family could enjoy good night sleep that evening.

To my greatest surprise. Garrett called me the next day to check-in and make sure the system is working well. That's way beyond good customer service!! Who still does that these days?

Garrett is friendly, professional, has long experience and very knowledgeable of HVAC systems. Great value for the price. Again, I highly recommend him and Crown Mechanical!!

Garrett at Crown Mechanical absolutely saved our summer and helped us to fix our old and failing minisplits on incredibly short notice! He was very helpful during the process and easy to communicate with, and was also super flexible finding times that worked in our schedules to come up with a solution that worked for us! Garrett and the Crown Mechanical team have installed ductless mini-splits in two of my homes. In January, Garrett was at my new home to measure for a mini-split installation in my basement media room. While he was there he heard an alarm coming from my gas heating system that my wife and I could not hear. He took the time to ascertain the cause of the alarm and to contact a gas heating expert to fix the problem. This was totally unrelated to the purpose of his visit.
Garrett most recently installed a new three head mini-split system in my new home. During this installation he again discovered problems outside the scope of his work and provided suggestions as to how to remedy them. Garrett again went above and beyond what was necessary to complete the job. I am planning to install a new mini-split in my family room and I will use Crown Mechanical. Garrett not only does a very professional installation but pays special attention to aesthetics. I recommend Crown Mechanical without reservation. Lou Aurelio

Crown Mechanical did an amazing job servicing our mini split system. Garrett was efficient and kept us in the loop with issues that came up throughout. Would 100% recommend to others!

We had Garrett replace 2 old ac units. Unfortunately the job ended up being way more involved than we had hoped on account of the previous homeowners cutting corners. Luckily Garrett was able to find solutions on the fly and did a phenomenal job installing the new units. The electrician Garrett works with, Doug, also did an amazing job as well. He went above and beyond and was incredibly thorough making sure everything was done the right way. He was able to identify a problem we were having with our breaker and probably saved us from an electrical fire. Overall I couldn't imagine having a better team install out new units and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Garrett and Doug were both great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
