Our indirect water heater went bad. Ken responded promptly to the initial call, asked for pictures and provided an estimate within 30 minutes. His prices were fair so we asked him to remove the old heater and install the new one. Ken showed up on time, assessed the situation and went to get the necessary materials. He faced an unexpected problem while draining the old tank as one of the shut-off valves was broken. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the spot and we were up and running in about 2 hours. He answered all our questions and even though he pointed out that the existing piping to the water heater was not ideal, he did not pressure us to change the piping right away as it would be an additional expense we did not plan for. We are very satisfied with Ken's work and attitude.

Ken saved the day. He answered my call and came to my home right away. I had a leak that he addressed immediately and also took a look at my shower that was not getting hot enough. If you need a plumber just call Ken. He is a Master plumber, shows up when he says he will, explains everything, and works with you to get you what you want. He is currently helping me with two bathroom remodels and is just awesome.

Ken even told me I didn’t have to replace something I thought I might have to, and that showed me he is honest and has integrity. I would have never known and simply said yes if he said it needed replacing, who else does that? He even pointed out something my former plumber (who is former for good reason) did wrong when installing a hot water heater.
