Ken came to the rescue to fix our broken shower and tub!

Ken is great. He is responsive and professional. No matter what kind of plumbing job I've called him for, he has always gotten back to me quickly, scheduled a date and time quickly, stayed in touch if anything needed to change, arrived promptly, fixed what I needed and is proactive in noticing things that also may need addressing. I can't imagine calling any other plumber at this point.

Ken is a very reliable and knowledgeable plumber. He has performed several tasks for us and was able to provide us with great detail and suggestions about our situation. He’s friendly, efficient, fair, competent and a great communicator. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ken for any plumbing needs.

We had Ken come out to repair and replace some faucets. He was very accommodating and we were able to easily schedule a time for him to come by. The job was completed quickly and professionally. We were very pleased with the service provided and would strongly recommend Ken for any plumbing needs.

Ken came over the following day after I called him and was upfront about the work, timeline, and costs. He was able to show me the source of my issues, which was also appreciated. Ken was affordable and efficient. Will be the first to call with all future plumbing issues and highly recommend to all

If you’re looking for a reliable plumber at reasonable rates, contact Ken Cyr, I promise you will not be disappointed. Ken came to our rescue as we were preparing a condo for sale. He hooked up a new faucet for a bathroom vanity, put in a new dishwasher , and replaced our sagging and flagging water heater with a new 10 year warranty replacement. Ken is personable, highly competent and has a great sense of humor. He shows up when he says he will and gets the job done correctly without any muss or fuss. He gets my highest unconditional rating. I’m sure that you’ll be happy with his work too.

Ken by far is the best plumber I have ever hired. We had another plumber work on my bathroom but left us high and dry on a unique sink installation. I was frantic to find another plumber. Ken responded quickly and we made an appointment within a week. Ken is easy to work with, neat, professional and affordable. I will definitely be calling Ken if I ever need another plumbing job. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Highly recommend for any plumbing job.

Ken recently replaced the boiler in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it all went. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the different options available.

Overall, Ken did a fantastic job. If you’re looking for someone dependable and knowledgeable, I’d absolutely recommend him.
