Gave me an appointment but never put me on the schedule and so show.
No apology. Not their best showing

Scheduled me two weeks out for maintenance, didn't show. When I called, they said they couldn't make it at all that day and they they couldn't get me in for another two weeks. Using someone else.

They fixed our furnace today, we called yesterday a bit late and they were here today. So happy and now my house is warm. Thank you 😊!

I thought my boiler was junk, they came out next day and bleed the air out and changed a zone valve and it was running like new again. Great service, honest and great work. Thank you

Left me without heat on Christmas Eve. Performed minor troubleshooting muttering to helper "these are the jobs you walk away from". A professional oil company responded after Christmas, found the problem quickly (oil burner primary control). Buyer beware.

Used them for 3 years for Oil burner service and then they couldn't come out to do my tune up this year because they were too busy, told me unless they installed my system they could not come out. Very Disappointed will never recommend them

Al knew his stuff. Very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent experience. I was very impressed and will be using them for all my heating needs. I would recommend them You will be very pleased.

My central AC stopped blowing cold air. Air was flowing but not cold. Suspected a capacitor and hoped it wasn't the compressor. They arrived in less than an hour after I called. Confirmed bad capacitor, replaced it and all good in 15 minutes. Fair price as well.

Al is very knowledgeable and always responsive. They tuneup my boiler every year and more recently replaced the old boiler. Always a good job which gives me peace of mind.

Every time I have any heating or air conditioning issues A & G come through! They are always professional, timely, and they don’t upsell! Even this weekend I had issues with my boiler and hot water heater, A & G took care of the problem with no hassle and no outrageous unnecessary costs. They explained what they were doing and why so I understood what was happening. I’ll never use anyone else!

My heat was out for several days, no body was returning my calls, I found Al’s number, he showed up within an hour and fixed the issue. This was an issue that had been going on for 3 years, others had worked on it but could not figure out what was wrong. Al fixed it within minutes. Thank you Al!! His price was fair too

One of my heating zones had failed in the late afternoon so I called early the next morning. They said they would be there between 9-12 and would try to get there earlier. They showed at 8:45, diagnosed the problem and would need to get a part and be back by noon. Showed at 11:45 with the part and fixed the unit. I could not have asked for better service. I chose this company because of the great reviews and that other companies in the area had none. They will be my company of choice from now on.

They simply don't show up. First appointment was canceled due to some emergency on their end (after I waited all day for their arrival time of between 9am - 1pm). Second appointment, after missing another day of work, they never showed up. That's another day of missed work. Today was their third scheduled appointment. We were supposed to be their first appointment of the day, first thing in the morning so I won't be wasting another day. Another no show. Three strikes and they're out. Find another company. Do not waste your time with these clowns.

I have a service contract with Columbia Gas in Massachusetts. I called for an AC failure and was very concerned because this Saturday, 7/17/20 the weather forecast was calling for 90+ degrees for the following week. Fortunately, Colubia assigned A&G Gregory Heating and AC, I can't say enough about A&G Gregory - within 45 minutes of being assigned my repair I had 2 technicians at my home and one of them was the owner. They followed all the guidelines and fixed my AC within 30 minutes. I strongly recommend them and give them an A+++++

These guys are terrible. Just like everyone else has complained they no showed me twice. I called twice and both times no one called me back. I'm guessing if the owner responds they'll tell me they had 'no heat' calls ahead of me...which is a joke. If they did, why not call me and let me know or at least call me back. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.

Yes owner, I feel better about myself letting the world know what terrible service you provide. Now go ahead with your fake no heat calls.

A&G came highly recommend by my neighbor on a furnace replacement. I had them replace mine and they did a great job and very neatly done as well. A few months later it would occasionally leak water they came right away to check it out. It turned out to be a defective boiler and was covered by the warranty. A&G got a hold of the company and ordered it right then. As soon as the unit came in he installed it and everything is working fine. Also there was know reimbursement for the labor from the manufacturer but they got the job done right away and very professionally done as well. I highly recommend this company.
