I was not really happy with the service. I don't believe it was cleaned out the way it should have been. Lasted less than two weeks. Had plumber come in and do all new drain pipe.
The tech was nice though.

I highly recommend Patriot Services, Inc. A routine service call turned into a multi-day detective mission. Including, snaking and camera inspections. They communicated every step of the way and were persistant in solving the issue! 5 stars for the excellent service and results!

Kyle and Scott arrived on time and were respectful and professional. They worked hard to remediate a massive problem I had. And the I had an additional “small” ask and as with every small job to a homeowner we all know to a professional technician, no small job is a small job, but they tackled it and worked together and with grace walked me through all the steps they were trying to fix on a 75 year old pipes “small” job, even with all that extra work, they took pride in their jobs and were considerate to me the homeowner. I am sooo grateful for their professionalism and their kindness through it all.

As well, working with the service team, they were very responsive, professional and worked with me on scheduling.

I have already recommended them to two people and they were only here this morning.

Highly recommended for all your “small” and emergency jobs.

I have used Patriot Services in my commercial building over the last 10+ years. They are extremely professional, arrive promptly for emergencies, and solve the issue with expertise. Prices are reasonable for this type of service. They are my go to contractor for all drain issues.

The response time from when I call them is fast! Brittany always answers the phone promptly, and takes care of setting up the appointment's. She is wonderful and so polite!! A pleasure to talk to.
