As an RCL Mechanical employee, we use Patriot Services for all of our project needs. We can count on them to get to our jobs in a timely manner with their experienced technicians. We love JT and Carlos! Also, Meadow and Brittney in the office are extremely helpful!

I called on a Saturday for a clogged bathtub. I technician was at my house within 45 minutes and cleared the problem quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend!

Just hired Patriot Services and I was amazed at their pricing and honesty.
This is after I originally called Roto-Rooter and was met at the door
with 3 guys in 3 cars, including one guy in a brand new Mercedes.
The first thing they told me was I would need a video inspection
for $ 1,750
I told them I was a General Contractor with multiple businesses
and I know a video inspection was not required.
I told them to get off my property.
Next I called Patriot Services and was given a price of $ 475
to clear my drain.
Nick from the Company came and augered my pipe out in
about 30 minutes, completely cured my problem.
Thank GOD for honest Copmanies like Patriot Services.

My plumber recommended Patriot Services to clear a deep main line clog. This is the company you want to hire! I've used Mr. Rooter once before, night and day difference! Carlos was the tech who responded. Anwered my call at 6pm. I was working overnights and said mornings are difficult when needing to sleep. He said he could be there earlier and arrive at 7am, which worked well. He arrived a few minutes before 7am and went right to work. Very professional and polite. Cleared the drain, and the price was significantly cheaper than what Mr. Rooter whacked me for (who by the way also arrived several hours late). A true emergency service company that arrives when they say they will and won't rip you off. Those are hard to come by nowadays!!

Excellent! I had a drain issue and they were able to fix it promptly at an affordable price. Everyone was very professional including the staff I spoke with over the phone and the technician that came into my home. The technician was very knowledgable and cleaned up after he was done working. I will use them again if I have any other drain issues!

We have ~26 restaurant locations. Patriot performs Grease Trap services quarterly all over MA. They are on time a majority of the time. If a grease trap is not cleaned on time, they get it done in the next few weeks or even faster if an emergency arises.

Also, we use their drain and camera services. They have a Fast Response Team that is Reliable, Knowledgeable, and Affordable!

We are more than happy to have Patriot on our list of vendors.

1. The office staff was very nice and professional and assisted me in scheduling assistance and navigating me through my drain issues.
2. The specialist came by very fast to assist and was very competent and a gentleman. Also as well as what I believe was extremely fair pricing.
3. All around through my first initial contact with them to the end was very pleasant. 👍🏻

Exceptional service. I had a non emergency main drain issue and they came within hours. Even going so far as digging up my septic tank cover . Making sure the clog was completely gone and i didn't have other issues. I was thoroughly impressed with the extra effort put in to ensure the quality of their work!! Our Thai Restaurant is located in Marion. We have Patriot Services to clean our 2 Grease Traps, one in the kitchen and one down in the basement. The technician is polite and did plan for all works professionally to clean both traps within 30 minutes, while remain the good condition of the kitchen and the basement.

Moreover, the technician did inspect and informed me abnormal conditions of the trap. And finally, all abnormal conditions of the traps were fixed back to the normal condition.

I do strongly recommend Patriot Services to anyone who looking for the Grease Trap Cleaning with their professional work and reasonable price.

We had a plumbing emergency when our drains suddenly clogged, and we needed immediate help. We called Patriot services and they were able to get a technician over pretty quickly.
Thankfully, Scott came to the rescue! He was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. Despite it being a last-minute call, he arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, and got to work without hesitation.
Not only did he resolve the issue with expertise, but he also took the time to explain what had caused the clog and gave us helpful tips to prevent future problems. His friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

They cleaned all of our interior grease traps at all six schools. They did a great job, showed up on time, and the technicians were very nice. I would highly recommend them.
