Ken showed up when he said he would come, and got the job done for a fair price, would recommend his expertise to anyone looking for some plumbing to be done at their home,

Really happy to have found Ken online so we were able to get our kitchen sink and faucets all hooked up. Ken was great and took care of everything seamlessly.

Ken did a great job during our kitchen renovation. He pulled the permits needed and helped make sure they got closed out. Will definitely use him again.

I have used Ken for my plumbing needs on more than 1 occasion. He has been reliable and reasonably priced. I have always been pleased with the work he has done. Will definitely use him in the future, if needed.

Keith is very responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. He came to my house to look at a leak and gave me a detailed description of what needed to be fixed, which a lot of people don’t do. Will definitely be calling him again when I need a plumber.

I needed to have the sanitary riser and outlet to the septic straightened out. I reached out to Ken and he was able to quickly get me a quote and fit me into his schedule to have it straightened out. His work looks great and he was very professional the entire time. I will be using his services in the future for sure.

Ken was great. I only have one bathroom and my shower was clogged. I called him and he was able to show up later that same day. He said worst case it would have been next day. He was able to fix the clog very quickly and it was very affordable. Would definitely recommend him to anybody.

Ken came out the very next day and took care of a plumbing problem I had promptly and professionally. And, he's a local Carver contractor! RECOMMEND 👍

Our indirect water heater went bad. Ken responded promptly to the initial call, asked for pictures and provided an estimate within 30 minutes. His prices were fair so we asked him to remove the old heater and install the new one. Ken showed up on time, assessed the situation and went to get the necessary materials. He faced an unexpected problem while draining the old tank as one of the shut-off valves was broken. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue on the spot and we were up and running in about 2 hours. He answered all our questions and even though he pointed out that the existing piping to the water heater was not ideal, he did not pressure us to change the piping right away as it would be an additional expense we did not plan for. We are very satisfied with Ken's work and attitude.

I highly recommend using Ken Cyr Plumbing. Ken was skilled, professional, and accommodating. He did a great job for us. So happy we found him. We now have a new plumber!

Quick to reply to my issues, honest, and knowledgeable. I'll use Ken for all my plumbing needs. I had three fixes and he got the job completed quick and cleanly. Thank you Ken.

I called Ken to come look at a water pressure issue with my shower. He was professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. He was able to diagnose and correct the problem the same day.

Ken was responsive and prompt, and very professional. He showed us the problem, let us know what it was going to take to fix it and then followed through. He even took the time to educate my young son as to the problem with the drain! Though I am hoping to not need a plumber again soon, when we do we will call Ken. Totally recommend.

Ken was great! He answered my request, showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, clearly explained a solution, made a correct estimate, fixed the problem beautifully, quickly, and stayed right on target with estimate. Couldn't ask for a better, more professional plumber! He's my go-to guy now!
Highly recommend.

Ken saved the day. He answered my call and came to my home right away. I had a leak that he addressed immediately and also took a look at my shower that was not getting hot enough. He was thorough, explained everything, went and got supplies needed same day, and even came back the next day to finish the job that was more complicated then expected. Highly recommended giving him a call for any plumbing needs in the Carver area.

Ken is great! He came to fix a leaking pipe and swap out our kitchen faucet. He was on time, knew what needed to be done and worked quickly. So happy with how everything turned out. As a bonus, he was very kind to our dog who barked at him a lot. Thanks Ken!

I called Ken earlier today and he went right over and took care of some issues at the house. He went beyond expectations. Thank you for making my wife feel comfortable and safe. Job well done . See you next time we have an issue.

Ken has been a life saver for me. Several plumbing issues came up during my first few years of home ownership and Ken has been there to resolve them. He is very reliable, charges a fair rate and very efficient. I look forward to working with him again!
