Ken was knowledgeable. He analyzed the issue, did his research online, prepared himself, and went to work on assigned task. He was pleasant and great communicator. He was cooperative and very helpful within his field and outside his field. And, he was very kind.

I hired Ken to install a sink drain, install a new toilet, and fix a check valve my sump pump. He did a fantastic job and explained everything as he worked. He is very honest and hardworking. And will be calling him for any future plumbing issues.
