Dave and Karen could not be more helpful and professional. They walked me through the best options for getting my area rugs cleaned from puppy accidents. Dave cleaned the rugs right here in my house and he explained everything he was doing, as well as what cleaning solutions were being used (all safe for pets). They are both so friendly and the job performed was high quality at a reasonable price. I am literally making a list of anything else around the house that I can call them to come back to clean! The best!

Dave was absolutely awesome! He just left my house and my carpets and my couch look almost brand new! He helped with my dog's accidents and did an amazing job with that as well. Everything smells so crisp and clean. I am definitely going to set up annual cleanings with them. Excellent service and value for the money. Dave is very professional yet personable. I am absolutely DISGUSTED and EMBARRASSED that it has taken me so long to have my couches cleaned. From the very first phone call to the actual visit I was blown away by the customer service and outcome. Kelly went above and beyond answering any and all of my questions. I explained to her that I was on a time crunch and she was able to get me scheduled within the SAME week! Brian was incredible, communicative, respectful and knowledgeable are just the few words I would use to describe him. Once the process was completed, I could tell they were just beautiful. They almost look brand new. I didn’t really care if the stains were taken out, I just needed it to smell better. Shocker, they smell and look PHENOMENAL! Water stains, almost gone. I am so happy and thankful I trusted south shore chem dry with my couches. I was so hesitant and stressed that the final product would be horrible but not the case. I can’t recommend them enough.

Recently my rugs were cleaned by Chem Dry. I was very pleased with the results. He even managed to tackle a stain that I thought was there for good. And I feel the price was very fair.

Small family franchise - literally Mom , Dad and the Kids all running a First class operation !!! Very professional , friendly and they will really work with you on scheduling and what needs to be done as far as cleaning ! We couldn’t be happier with the results and we are a family of three dogs and it can be pretty challenging for any carpet cleaner to come in here and do a good job ! We are very happy / satisfied with the outcome and price of their cleaning services !
And in addition to the great service that you get - the cleaning process doesn’t leave your carpets and rugs all soupy for a few days like the other companies do.

I made an appointment with the office. They are very easy to deal with, very responsive and professional. Brian who cleaned the rugs was prompt. He explained the process, it’s necessary to bring in the steaming equipment for cleaning, I live in a condo complex and it is difficult to access but he was able to with no problem. He did a thorough job. Brian and the entire company are great and I would use them again. They use green chemicals so I was happy and prices seem reasonable

Folks…I’ve had my carpets cleaned lots of times. I’ve got kids, a dog and a few odd cats. South Shore Chem Dry is head and shoulders above any service I’ve ever used. You can feel the difference when you walk with bare feet across the newly dry carpet, it’s like brand new. Save your time, don’t go anywhere else. 5+ stars. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done on my Persian rugs. Let’s see: fresh smell, clean/bright look, raised nap, and more. The process—new to me—was really minimally invasive and did not soak the rugs or floors. Later, I will send the rugs out, one at a time, for hand washing and finishing. Customer service was superior: everything moved along smoothly. All the folks I worked with at SOUTH SHORE CHEM-DRY were courteous, efficient, and personable. I heartily recommend this business, which I don’t do lightly as I am particular about services. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things about this team - they were friendly, professional, quick and thorough. They brought our light gray sectional back to life and cleaned a challenging plush carpet in the bedroom. The carpet (polyester) is not easy to clean but they set my expectations on what could be achieved for this challenging fiber and delivered. Thank you!

I have been using these guys for 5 or years. Always fantastic service. I told Dave my granddaughter was visiting next week and she was very allergic. He moved all the furniture in one of the bedrooms and did an extra special clean. Greatly appreciated. All rugs look great!! …and the price is very fair.

Absolutely recommend! Staff is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Cleaned my carpets and they look like new.

Dave arrived a little ahead of schedule, explained what he was going to do and went right to work. These were older, good quality w2w carpets which have been cleaned 6 or 7 times but intermittently lately and have seen a lot of use and pets. I had considered replacing them.
This was a new process for us and I would say it came out quite well. It was a very humid period but the carpets were able to be walked on late in the day. The pet stains were pretty well removed in the area I figured was hopeless. We also did a large oriental area rug which had been cleaned a year prior by removal and it came out really nice. Very professional. Reasonable price, Good results. What else is there to say?
