I had a great experience with South Shore Chem-Dry. Brian did a great job cleaning my carpets for my new move. I was quoted an exact price before he began the job, and my home smelled fresh and clean when he was done. They were friendly and professional.

Dave came to my new condo on time and ready to roll. We walked around, pointed out a few stains and pet dander from the previous owner and he got right to it. Making all my hardwood floors and carpets look brand new. Dave is professional and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. On top of it all, they also offer a discount for new homeowners if the property is empty. All around great experience. Thanks Dave!

I have been using South Shore Chem-Dry for years and the results of my rugs are always amazing, fresh, clean smelling, and even the toughest stains removed. Brian did a FANTASTIC job cleaning just about every rug in our whole house! It looks terrific and smells clean too.
I didn’t see the water but we have a WHITE very FLUFFY DOG so I can only imagine how much hair & invisible dirt came out!! (You could probably build 2 more dogs 🤣)
He said 3-4 hours for the rugs to be dry and they are dry.
I will be calling again soon as I have a couple of pieces of furniture that need to be done. No Hesitation! USE SOUTH SHORE CHEM-DRY.

From the start to finish, they were an exceptional organization. Kelly was friendly during the intake, listening to my needs while being transparent about pricing. When David came by he was so nice that my dogs, who can be a bit much, instantly warmed up to him. After walking me through the process he got right to work (under the watchful eye of the dogs), and was done in just a few hours.

We had 2 area rugs cleaned by South Shore Chem Dry recently. The whole experience was positive from office staff to the cleaning itself that was quick (and quick drying) and thorough. Dave was professional but very friendly and explained everything about the process. Our rugs look great!

Brian called ahead and gave me an arrival time. Showed up when he said he would very pleasant and I didn’t feel rushed. He loved seeing my dogs. He explained that some of the stains may not come out which I understood. He was very thorough. The space smelled very sanitized and felt safe for my grand children to play on. We definitely recommend.

Dave and his team have been servicing my home for 25 years. I love the attention to detail, non-toxic solution and great service. The Swart family are amazing people and a great family business. I highly recommend them for carpet, floor, counter and upholstery cleaning. You can count on honesty and complete trust with your home.

The guy was efficient . He was on time and worked fast. He got all the tar off of our carpet it looks great again.

Furniture. Even if you think your sofa or chairs don’t seem that dirty the treatment brightens them up! I was surprised at the improvement. they also will take your outdoor cushions and clean them
Off site and bring them back to you all bagged up and ready for the next summer. Highly recommended!

Dave & Brian performed my carpet cleaning. They did a great job. They are very careful while moving furniture and take extra care in high traffic areas. This is the 3rd time we have had South Shore Chem-Dry do our carpets and I will definitely continue to use them. I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

They do an amazing job and they are extremely efficient

I hired Maid Clean to clean a rental unit that I own. The new tenants were moving in the next day, so there was not a lot of room for error. Though the company knew it was a deep clean, they only sent one person who did not do a professional job. There were mounds of dust under the beds, the walls and corners had cobwebs, the bathroom fixtures were dusty, and the kitchen was not cleaned at all. The countertops were dirty, the stainless steel had rust-colored spots, the sink was a mess, none of the cabinets were cleaned, and even though I paid extra to have the oven cleaned, that needed more attention, as well. There was even dried milk on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Later that night, overwhelmed with the amount of dirt left behind, I had to ask a friend to help me so it would be ready the next day. When I called to complain, I was told that it was their policy to come back to fix any issues. This was not an option, since the tenants had already moved in. The owner eventually called me back and offered a $25. refund. It took two people four hours to clean the house after it was professionally cleaned! The amount of the refund was an insult. Do yourself a favor...call someone else if you're not interested in having to clean it yourself after they leave.
