Reviews of local pros in Hanover, Massachusetts

Great experience. From the fast, initial response to the awesome job the crew did. The whole process was easy and the results were amazing. I highly suggest using Mass Lawn Pros.

I’ve worked with Masslawn for many years. Most recently I had an emergency request before a fence install. They were able to come out quickly and address what was needed. They also did a little extra work that wasn’t in the original scope. Everything came out great and just in time. I highly recommend them if you have any landscaping needs.

Alex was extremely helpful during his initial evaluation of our property, and even after learning I had access to a machine and would be removing some of the bushes that were too far gone to save continued to offer me advice on the best way to renovate the bed in question.

The quote to prune the rest of the property was more than fair, and the crew that came out worked quickly but efficiently to transform the mess we inherited to a space I barely recognize.

We are very much looking forward to having Alex back to help us design the bed we nuked completely, and Mass Lawn Pro’s will be our first call for any future landscaping project.

Alex and his crew went above and beyond overseeding our lawn and planting new shrubs. They also trimmed and edged and removed weeds and overgrown vegetation along the driveway that wasnt part of the job just to maje the whole yard look awesome. The new lawn is coming in great. Definitely recommend!

The crew worked very hard and for long hours to get the job finished. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. Of course, at this point, it's just dirt with the distant hope of lawn, but we have no reason to believe it won't work. And they've assured us that they'll be back to make sure the lawn comes in properly.

They went to great lengths to protect as much of our good lawn as possible and we appreciate that.

As is typical with my luck, we had a major nor'easter come through just a few days after the work was finished and were deluged with over SIX inches of rain. This washed away much of the new seed. Mass Lawn Pros sent over a crew at no additional charge and spent the better part of a day repairing the damage caused by mother nature, churning up the soil and completely re-seeding the property.

They're definitely not happy unless the customer is completely satisfied.

Our Fall Yard Clean Up was done yesterday by the excellent staff of Mass Lawn Pros. We have used this company for a few years for yard clean- ups, landscaping & mulching. All their employees do an outstanding job.

I would like to thank Alex and the crew for the fantastic work they did at our property. Alex returned calls the same day and promptly came out to do work assessment. The quotes gave a very detailed breakdown of work to be carried out with pricing. Elmer and his crew arrived promptly. Elmer went over the work to be carried out. Elmer and his crew were polite, courteous and professional. Elmer and crew worked until 7.30pm on a Friday to complete the job. A great experience to work with Mass Lawn Pros. Already planning next job with them. We recommend them without reservations!

I moved into my new home facing a lawn that was completely dried and dead. I found Alex on line and I’m so happy I did. He gave me a fair quote to replace the dead grass with sod. He also cut out new garden beds, planted all the bushes and mulched those areas. He also put down stone along the side of the garage to clean it up. Alex and his team did a great job. The lawn looked great and I hired Alex and his team to maintain the lawn (cut and fertilize). I couldn’t be happier. I also have them take care of my spring cleanup. They do wonderful work and remove all debris. I highly recommend this business. Before and after pics as well as the stone inside the existing papered wall.

Recently used Mass Lawn Pros for my garden and am extremely happy with the outcome! Alex was great to work with- super responsive and thorough. Came out exactly how I wanted, can’t recommend them enough!

Alex was very attentive to what we wanted done! Gomez, Luis and the rest of his crew were very professional, respectful, and did an amazing job!!! Best landscapers I have ever had in 28 years. Highly recommend Mass Lawn Pros. I give them 10 stars.

An honest review…
Mass Lawn Pros gave us our dream backyard. If you’re looking for a lawn renovation, Mass Lawn Pros is the way to go. They are truly in a class of their own. In March 2024 I reached out to Alex at Mass Lawn Pros for a full yard renovation. He came by that afternoon to check out the property. I knew right away I was working with a professional who was passionate about what he does and holds himself to a high standard. April 2024 Alex and his crew installed 4k sq ft of sod. Project spanned 2 days. 1 day for leveling and grading fresh loam. 1 day to fully install the sod. After installation, Alex gave a detailed guide on how to care for the lawn. He came out a few weeks later to check in on the progress and was available throughout the summer to answer any questions I had. Prices were fair and transparent. One year later and we are still so grateful for the work Mass Lawn Pros did and the lawn had held up tremendously. Work every penny.

Not sure which lawn service to choose-let me help you out. I used Alex with MASS LAWN PROS & was absolutely 💯 pleased with the end result-see for yourself! Their attention to detail is above & beyond. Enjoy your summer, leave the heavy lifting to the experts.

I recently hired Mass Lawn Pros LLC for a complete backyard makeover, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final touches, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. What stood out to me was their flexibility in accommodating my ideas and their commitment to delivering top-notch quality.
The team was always on time and completed the project within the agreed timeframe. Their pricing was competitive, and I felt I received excellent value for the level of service and expertise provided. They transformed my yard into a beautiful outdoor space that my family and I will enjoy for years to come.
I highly recommend Mass Lawn Pros LLC to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality landscaping services. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I will definitely be using them for future projects!

The really sad part about this review is it stops at 5 stars, I would easily give it a 10 hands down. They are AWESOME!! The guys did a great job they moved and replanted plants without asking just to avoid wrecking them. They went so much as to blow off my cars in my neighbors yard. They are extremely pleasant to deal with starting from the initial estimate to the scheduling to the workers. All in all I could not have asked for a better outcome. Will HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

Mass Lawn Pros does fantastic work, we have been working with Alex and the team for years on various projects. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their outdoor space. We just had our walkway replaced by them and are thrilled with the outcome. Their fertilizer program for our grass is also great!
