Redman Construction did an Amazing job on a few project we had done on our house. We renovated our kitchen from top to bottom, re-sided the front of our house, replaced front windows and doors and added a large deck to the back. Everything was done perfect and the crew was great, especially the head carpenters James and Kris. Great company!!! Highly recommended!!!

Iggy was great. True professional. Kept me in the loop on his arrival and did the work in a timely manner.

The technician Jeff was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also fixed something that I would have had no idea how to fix. I would hear this constant flapping noise on windy days, now problem is solved with a small purchase of a new replacement cover with a magnet to also combat the wind. I was unaware the current one was not closing all the way which added to the situation. Very pleased with the service and did not try to "Upsell" as a lot of companies try to do. Was perfect.

I had a great experience with this company. Easy to make an appointment and they show up on time. My dryer vent was disconnected and they took the time to find the problem and fix it. I wasn’t sure if they could do it without cutting a hole in the wall, but they did.
They also cleaned up when they were done.

I used Dryer Vent Wizard to clean our dryer vent which we found out was 80% clogged. Iggy came on time, texted me when he was 30 minutes out, cleaned a very long dryer vent and cleaned up when he was done. He also confirmed that the error code is now gone. Iggy was professional, and very personable!

Very easy online scheduling with only 1 hour “appointment windows” (so didn’t have to block my entire morning), great communication the day before to confirm the appointment, & on the day of the appointment the technician ( Dylan) called in advance to give me a more specific time of arrival (which was in the scheduled appointment window). Service was performed efficiently, & provided a good explanation of the improvement in vent performance after the cleaning. Highly recommend!

Iggy arrived on time, assessed the dryer and the surrounding area, and listened to my concern. Iggy went right to work outside and quickly and thoroughly vacuumed out the vent. Iggy was friendly and knowledgeable and it was s pleasure doing business with them.

This young man did a thorough inspection and is one of those workers who works promptly and efficiently. I can’t say enough to the good about him. Wow! Will always call Dryer Vent Wizard from now on. My recent experience with Dryer Vent Wizard was extremely disappointing and highlighted a concerning lack of reliability. The technician attempted to arrive well beyond the stated service window, with no proactive communication. When I raised the issue, they texted offering to reschedule and waive the $49 inspection fee as a courtesy. However, that commitment was never honored, and there was no follow-up of any kind.

The combination of missed timelines, inconsistent communication, and unfulfilled promises reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and customer care standards. I had expected a seamless, service-oriented experience and instead was left with unnecessary inconvenience and no resolution. Based on this interaction, I would strongly caution others to consider alternative providers.
