Jason from mass State plumbing and heating that’s been working for me for years. He’s very reliable and very honest, and I feel his prices are very reasonable. That’s why I stick with him. There has been many times that I have been in a bind, and he always makes himself available to help out all his customers. I would highly recommend Jason for my state, plumbing and heating.

They are lifesavers. Today my air conditioning was fixed same day I called. Also, my two neighbors had problems within the past month and Mass State got them up and running. I think a big difference is that they actually care about the people they service!

Mass State has been my go-to for our commercial building for many years. Jason is knowledgeable and professional. I trust him with troubleshooting, regular maintenance, repairs, replacements, etc. Anything we have needed; Mass State has always come through with a quick and thorough response! This company replaced/installed our furnace, water heater & ac unit. They're an mazing company who works with Mass Save projects. We will be using them for our additional projects around or home. We highly recommend Jason and his crew, you will not be disappointed!

We contracted with Mass State PHAC to install a mini split heat/AC pump to service our second floor and a floor mounted AC unit for the first floor of our home. We worked with Jason Edgerly. Jason is a real pro. All meetings and installation dates were met. The quality of the installation was very good - looks like it was installed when the house was built. The systems are very quiet and they have worked really well. The system qualified for energy rebates and Jason was very helpful with the rebate process. We are very happy we chose Mass Sate PHAC.

Jason and his team at Mass State Plumbing Heating and AC were outstanding to work with. We were provided a clear, concise estimate and guidance on how to proceed with the project using Mass Save Rebates/HEAT Loan. Jason was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process and as soon as we were cleared for our HEAT loan got us on the schedule quickly thereafter. His team did an incredible job replacing our outdated furnace and central air with new equipment that qualified for mass save rebates and the HEAT loan program. Riley and Son's was spot on at one of our Quincy properties, we had a problem with a heat pump that kept tripping out and they fixed it on the first call where others that were called could not figure out the problem.

Paul was great and very quick to respond! Had some AC returns in my attic insulated. He also found a few problems up there which I never would have known. Will be using his services in the future!

Riley and sons was able to fit me in quickly for regular maintenance work. They went above and beyond with their customer service and were able to break down and explain everything to me in a way I could understand. I will definitely be using them again future and would highly recommend them!

Back in April I had contacted Riley and Sons because my central a/c was not running. They came out within a day and fixed my electrical wiring quickly; which they explained and at a great price. Would recommend their service and happy to work with them again.
