Bravo! Jim & Peter performed our fall fertilization, core aeration and overseeding this morning. Great, great job all around! Extremely grateful for the extra care we asked via Customer Service for around the new driveway we just had installed. Jim took extra time to answer my husbands' questions and gave him tips on what to do post application to help achieve best results heading into winter! Thank you! Thank You! Thank You!
You guys & the whole LD South Shore team are best in class! -
They are the worst. The only thing green that they are interested in is your dollars and not your lawn.
When I started the service in April, my only concern was crabgrass, at the end of season, my lawn is in much worse condition filled with crabgrass. During the season, I kept on reminding them that I don’t see any change and sent them pictures to support it.
They didn’t take any action but kept on trying to sell me additional services without addressing my concern.
I have spend around $1000 to have my lawn in worst condition. -
I have used this company for the last few years and was very happy with them up until last year 2024. I did reach out to the company. The customer service has always been excellent. Spoke with a very nice woman who apologized on behalf of the company and stated that they would make corrections for the following year. Half of my lawn is caught on my ring camera so the company was privy to the videos of the inappropriate applications of some of its technicians.
Some of the technicians are excellent but you never get the same technician and unfortunately some of them are terrible.
Since I design landscape myself, but I do not treat lawns, I did notice overspray onto some of my trees. As you can see from the pictures the technician wrapped the hose around my tree knocking over my light and tiny statues in front of that tree. Pushing black mulch out of it also . He never fixed anything. Sloppy work with no respect for property. Yesterday on 10/30 /2025 I reached out to the company with my concerns to the inappropriate spraying techniques / overspray that I caught on my camera.
I received a text stating they disagreed with my assessment. I made a phone call asking for a phone call back and did not receive one. I texted over a video of proper spray techniques.
To some of us having Lawn Care is a luxury and we spend our hard earned money on it now that we are retired.
So I agree with all the one-star comments under this company. I'm not aware if this is new management and that's why they do not care to follow up with their clientele. Upon further research into proper spray techniques I have found that my lawn should be 10 times better than what it is for the money I am paying in this company. So this client will no longer recommend or use Lawn Doctor. Now I've received a call and text after cancelling. No Thank You! -
I’m so thankful to KB Yards for their awesome work . My yard was in need of some serious mulching , weeding , and overall love . I can’t thank KB enough for making my yard look awesome and summer ready !

The day I reached out to Keith he came out to take a look at my property for an estimate. He then scheduled me for his earliest available slot and showed up when he said he would. My yard was a disaster in terms of leaves and within one day Keith was able to transform it into a good looking yard again.

We are so pleased with our service from KB Yards Landscaping. They were friendly, professional, quick to respond to emails. We have a hilly yard with a variety of flower beds, mulch, and yes, weeds. We even had them remove the leaves from our gutters. It was refreshing to come home to a clean, fresh yard. Thank you KB Yards Landscaping!

Keith did an AMAZING job on my spring cleanup. He leveled out several spots that have been giving me a headache for a long time, cleaned and thatched, and gave me advise on what treatments my lawn should receive at different times in the year. It’s obvious he is truly passionate and enjoys what he does.

Keith Brown is legit with a capital L. I've had a few landscapers do work on my property and none have done as well as him. Keith & his wife graded and added soil to my new garden area. Additionally they leveled my 3 new garden boxes and dethatched, seeded, & fertilized my entire property. I'm absolutely over the moon with the work Keith did. He took his time and really treated the yard like it was his own. I was shocked by how detailed he was.
I had no intention of subletting further fertilizer work, opting to just do it on my own,, but after seeing Keith's attention to detail and quality of work, I'm hiring him for my crabgrass preventer & further fertilizer applications. I'm truly, truly over the moon with his work. He really helped make my "garden oasis" become a reality.
Hire him!! -
Keith did a fantastic job on our lawn. It was looking pretty bad after a summer where we could not water due to a water ban. He spread fertilizer and other products and within a week
our lawn was looking great. His service is top shelf and his prices were reasonable. He checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied and even visited to see how things had progressed. We highly recommend him. -
KBYards was recommended by the owner of another local business whose attention and services were one I'd also recommend. Once a local biz owner, I relied on those who shared with others their experience with my products. My experience with KBYards: They've been attentive to our requests and followed through. Please support local businesses. You will actually speak with a PERSON!!!!

Bob added a three-car garage, master bedroom, mater bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and laundry room addition to our existing historical home (built in 1891). Everything went extremely well and Bob designed the entire project himself. His workers were professional and worked very hard, even on those extremely hot July and August days. The project began in July, with an expectation/hope that it would be finished prior to Thanksgiving. Bob came through and the project was completed before Thanksgiving. Bob's crew also did some other work on the home that I had asked for including a new beam in the already-existing family room, re-shingling a few exterior walls, new gutters, new paint on the old parts of the home, and a few new windows. Bob also offered his personal advice/recommendations throughout the project which made making decisions much easier. I would highly recommend Bob for any and all construction needs. Any pictures of my addition, just ask Bob (there are plenty).

Our 100-year-old vacation home presented some unique challenges, including 2 chimney removals and the need to remove load-bearing walls for an open concept design. Bob and his crew were more than up to the task! He provided creative solutions, kept us informed throughout the process, and delivered exceptional results within our limited timeframe. We're thrilled with the quality of their work and the increased value it's brought to our property. Our rental calendar is filling up! Highly recommend!

Clear communication, easy office methods, fair price, quick repair. I would use them again.

I only got as far as over the phone explanation of repair minimum for dishwasher (not draining): $150 for 1st visit, diagnostics. Minimum of $150 on top of that for time and labor. Plus parts. I bet they are expert at diagnosis and repair. The expense is at least $100+ more than we've paid in the last year...usual 2025 rate from last repair visit, different outfit, was 1st diagnostic visit was $100...maybe $125....but that was applied to time and labor for any needed repairs.

Excellent service. They came when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, came back as soon as the parts cane in, and fixed the problem.
