Sean Wallace came by and took care of my lawn today. I was not there, but he left a very detailed report on my lawn, which was greatly appreciated. He always does a great job and leaves excellent status reports. Highly recommended !!

Sergei did my first application of the year today and as always did a fantastic and thorough job. This is my 3rd of 4th year using Lawn Doctor of South Shore and they have always delivered amazing care and are always available to answer any questions I have. Can't recommend them enough!

I spent over $1000 for lawn care and seeding with no grass to show for. The company also rolled me into a four year contract without my knowledge. Do yourself a favor and get lawn care elsewhere

We have spent about $1000.00 on this company and they did a terrible job. We still get all kinds of weeds and the grass looks terrible.
We have a big backyard and the guy showed up for 5 minutes supposedly did his job and left. I just cancelled their service and will try to get my money back.

Sean did a professional job with lawn applications. He was efficient and unobtrusive. I think that the lawn is already looking better!

Henry (Buddy) was extremely nice and professional. We talked for a bit and he instructed us about when our dog could safely play on the lawn. Truly a great guy. Thanks

I changed lawn services this year after three years of having the same company for fertilizing and met the service tech that comes to the house he is very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me a little lesson on what was going on with a few things in my yard. I am happy I made the change.

Signed up for the lawn doctor service after a nasty invasion of crab grass. My neighbor across the street uses them and her lawn looks amazing. Jim showed up today for first treatment and could not have been nicer.

I have been using Lawn Doctor for years now to maintain my lawn, trees/shrubs and mosquito/tick control. I am very happy with their service.

Darrell Moore provided me with the Tree & Shrub Insect & Disease service on July 24th. Darrell spent time walking my property with me and discussing what to watch for on each of the plants. He also treated a long strip of privacy Hemlocks that I have planted across the street from my house.

Jon Bloom applied my lawn care treatment #4 on July 28th. Although I did not get a chance to speak with Jon, he sent me a detailed report on how to care for my lawn after today's treatment.

Judy Wagner applied the Mosquito and Tick service on August 1st. I have paid for this service for a couple years now. I live adjacent to the Town Forest which has quite a bit of wet lands. I have seen minimal mosquitos since starting this service. Also, I have not seen any ticks on my dog.

Matt Mayo applied Soil Enrichment Plus #2 treatment on August 2nd. Matt took the time to explain to me what the treatment would do to treat a "Red Thread Fungus" that was growing across my lawn.

I spoke with Megan in the Lawn Doctor office on August 1st to sign up for the Core Aeration and Overseeding Service this fall. Megan provided me with a discount for signing up and paying early.

As you can see from my above comments, Lawn Doctor has a strong experienced crew that comes to my property regularly. I am very pleased with the overall service and attention they pay to my property.

I’ve been with lawn doctor for a few years and to me I value great service especially when there’s an issue and lawn doctor truly exceeds my expectations in that when I have an issue with my lawn I get a rapid follow up. I get a call, email and text saying they’re addressing and are on top of the issue. If you’re looking for lawn care these your best bet. I love it when Henry from Lawn Doctor arrives to take care of my lawn. He is polite, friendly, happily says hi to my dog, moves lawn chairs out of the way and always does a great job. He then will offer me a thorough analysis of how my lawn is doing, what treatment he is going to apply and why. He then answers all my amateur questions about what I can do to help until the next treatment. I thought I could take care of the lawn myself but there are too many things I just wouldn't know and I have wasted a good amount of time and money, along with making things worse! It is just so much easier for me to just maintain his work than keep guessing on fertilizer and especially the timing, like when to do what. I can't wait for the next Lawn Doctor visit, until then, I mow it myself and sit back to enjoy the green full grass; my neighbor's are green with envy!

My lawn was a disaster when I first bought my house. Lot of bald spots, crab grass etc. I’ve only been using lawn doctor for only 8 months and I’ve noticed a huge difference since then (still some improvements needed but my soil was in bad condition and these things don’t happen overnight).
Also the service team is knowledgeable and quickly responds to any questions or concerns 👍

Justin left us a great after after service report. Noticed that we had our vegetable garden going now and was mindful of that area with application today. Thanks so much for the great service today Justin V. !!

Worst lawn care service ever. I paid for the premium service. The tech that comes does not treat weeds, just sprays scheduled services. You have to call every time a weed pops up. I tried calling my service manager and he said that service is not supported and to wait for my scheduled tech to take care of it. I asked if I could pay for someone to come out for extra visits to take care of weeds, and my service manager said no.
It finally got escalated after months of threatening to go to the BBB and I turns out I did qualify for anytime visits to take care of weeds. The rep came out and said he does these visits all the time and my account manager Brandon was not great.
I couldn’t get additional visits to treat my weeds because Brandon was not responsive.
I paid for aeration and they never did it.
Terrible company in my area. Please avoid.

I was not home for our first service (new customer) but did review the ring camera footage. He was very thorough and made sure to apply all lawn care products in a methodical and careful way. They have a very nice machine with turf tires (saves the grass). Results will take some time to see but the first service went well. Total time for the first application was less than 30 minutes. Thank you sir.
