    Horrible! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional and rude. They refused to turn on my sprinkler system for the season in a timely manner (and conveyed such in an unprofessional way) and then tried to charge me for the service. They also have unscrupulous billing practices. Be careful of this company!

    I'm a little late in rating but with spring coming and trying to decide to use again or look for a new irrigation co. They installed my system about 17 years ago and have maintained ever since. Over the past few years the quality of work has stumbled. Last year they were scheduled to open the system. All they did was plug it in. I had called to state that the time clock hadn't been set and i had to set myself. The charge was not reversed. Further i flagged heads that weren't covering areas of the lawn. Nothing was done to remedy., instead a head was installed right in front of a tree. This does nothing. I don't think that i will be using for opening any more.

    I have been a customer of Barcellos & Kane for more than 15 years. In that time I have seen prices go up and service decline. Last year was the final straw....my lawn never looked so terrible and they also forgot the last application but did not credit me back (since I prepay annually) until I called about the issue. It's time for a change.
