We were filtering only our drinking water with a small countertop filter. Now we drink and cook right from the faucets. There is no calcium build up on the coffee makers or showerheads. All our appliances are much better off. I totally do not trust the town to deliver safe water. I would not live without our True Health system.

Our True Health Water Sytems True Pure 3000 THM with Softener has been in service, 2 years and 7 months, having been installed in November 2022. Our water is still clean and tastes great. NO chlorine taste or smell. The PFAS, PFOS, Trihalomethanes, Sediment and other nasty contaminants larger than .35 Microns are all removed. This was a blessing during a recent E Coli Boil Water Order as we didn’t have to boil our water. Filters are changed out every 6 months and the Carbon Tank will be changed out at the 3 year mark, this coming November, as part of the maintenance plan.

The employees from the Administrative Assistant to the Service Technician have been great to deal with. All work performed, from scheduling to filter change outs, is done in an efficient and professional manner.

The owner has also been great to deal with from the initial visit and installation up to answering my questions and putting me at ease during the E Coli episode when he responded promptly to my questions via text message.

I highly recommend True Health Water Systems to anyone who wants the cleanest, best tasting water imaginable along with peace of mind that it is healthy and has the nasty contaminants removed.

The True Health whole home water filtration system is the best! Everyone in our neighborhood, except us, gets brown (manganese) water. Our water is crystal clear, we don’t even have to think about it. Don does third-party testing of the filtration every six months and sends the results, giving us peace of mind that the system is doing its job. Filter and carbon replacements are a snap. Worth every penny.

Don (and True Health Water Systems) is a knowledgeable business owner who simply tells it as it is. I was prompted to call when my faucet water smelled of chlorine. Don came out and explained why True Health is a superior product (not reverse osmosis and leaves in minerals at the most basic level) than others out there. There was no “sales pitch”. The installation was easy breezy and cartridge changes are done in less than 15 minutes. Our water tastes and feels great. Based on the current water situation on the south shore, I believe everyone should have True Health in their home.
