JSM is the best!! We have been using them for a few months and we have been so happy with their services. They are thorough and efficient and do a great job with the house. They are also super communicative and flexible and have been able to accommodate us when our needs change. We couldn't be happier and definitely highly recommend them, they are wonderful!

Overall was a pleasant experience. There what ia miscommunication about the pricing a little bit maybe was on my end. Maybe it was on there and I’m still not sure. I would like deep clean to be a little bit more thorough but my house had a lot of dirt and Grimes so I would still recommend them, but make sure you understand what the hourly rate is per person they did come out free of charge to do a touchup which was amazing.

I just danced around on my floors this house is so clean. The crew was prompt and I don’t think I heard a lull for the full 5.5 hours they were here. Absolutely worth the investment. I am grateful for the attention to detail that is like my own. Looking forward to working with you all.

Edited to add: I have now been with JSM for over a year. They continue to exceed expectations. I recently had two couches cleaned by their upholstery tech and was incredibly pleased with the results. I had legitimately considered reupholstering/buying a new couch because of the wear and tear on one of the couches. It looked brand new when they were done.

Edited to add: it’s been two years with JSM. They are timely and consistent in their work. I appreciate the crew so much!

Edited to add: it’s now been three years with JSM and they just completed a 2-day deep clean of our 3-floor, 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom 100 year old home. It was worth every penny. The crew was so diligent and thorough. The woodwork (of which there is a lot) has been beautifully polished, all the radiators (that seem to be dust collectors) are spotless and dust-free. From the top corners of the highest ceilings to the back of the fireplaces our home is spotless. If you are thinking of investing in a JSM deep clean - do it!

Sarah and her employees were fantastic to work with!!! Enjoyable over the phone with scheduling, very accommodating! Also her crew did an amazing job!!! Extremely polite and hard working! I hired JSM Cleaning to work on a deep cleaning at my sister's house in Cranston. It was a last minute job that ended up taking 3 visits to deep clean the whole property. Sara from JSM who I believe is the owner (maybe the S) was very flexible and agreeable and was able to have cleaners to the property and work around my other vendors during the renovation project.
The cleaners themselves were all very good cleaners, lead by Vivi who spoke PT and SP. The other cleaners spoke PT. It was no problem because although I can speak some PT and SP we were able to use a translation app if we needed to. The ladies were very lovely and did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

JSM has been cleaning my condo for almost two years now and thought I’d finally write a review. They do a phenomenal job every time, are very flexible, easy to work with, and accommodating. Not only is the service they provide top notch but they also have great customer service and really care about doing a good job and making their customers happy. This is what I think sets them apart!

All in all I would definitely recommend them! I’ve used them twice, the first time the team was absolutely amazing! They were so thorough and as a working mom with 4 children coming home to an immaculate house was a blessing! The second time the team that came still did a great job, although they did not do 1 of the bedrooms and the dishes that they “washed” were still dirty, including the baby bottles, so I re-washed them. Not a huge deal, overall I would still highly recommend them!

We hired JSM for a deep clean of our new home. After some unforeseen issues on our end we had to cancel right before they arrived. Luckily, they were able to be rescheduled the next morning. They arrived promptly, and did a fantastic job. We have already reached out to schedule our next cleaning.

JMS gave us a very accurate quote- and came out right away. Their Cleaning crew went above and beyond and made everything look sparkling and super clean in our rental property. The things inside looked brand new! I would highly recommend them! I would definitely use them again for any cleaning services we needed.
