I hired JSM to clean my mom's home because she's getting older and finally agreed to let her kids get her some help on this front. They did an incredible job. She kept calling to say "they're doing this, they're doing that! They're cleaning places that haven't been cleaned in years (or ever)." And they're very friendly and responsive to boot. Highly recommend JSM!

Three cleaners came for a deep cleaning and did an extraordinary job. You could touch any surface in the house, including windows, baseboards, under furniture and find no trace of dust. This in a house built nearly 300 years ago is unusual. They were pleasant and responsive. Expensive, but worth it. My only problem was the language barrier meant we couldnt communicate well enough that they could use my more natural, less scented cleaning products. With Linda, we came up with a way to do this next time.

I have a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house and there is traffic in and out of my home. Needless to say, it is "Lived in." After showing Sara my home and letting her know what we were looking for, she assured me her team would be able to tackle all our wishes. A team of 4 lovely ladies showed up and wasted NO time. They worked non-stop. Every room had a special detail from the tissue in the bathroom to the blankets on the bed. JSM truly exceeded my expectations. I am big on quality and the JSM team is "quality". I look forward to having them once a week to keep things tidy.

Their attention to detail and dedication to every task are truly commendable. In a year, I've never had any issues, and my home is always tidy and clean. JSM did an amazing job with cleaning our house, working around the pets, and listening to what we were looking for. The team of two were friendly and professional and on time! Easy to schedule and pay for services online. We should have done this sooner!

I was very happy with the deep clean service. They were able to fit me in before Christmas on short notice and I was so thankful. My house was immaculate and everyone I dealt with either by phone, text, or in person was so helpful and kind.

They have been doing an amazing job with our bi weekly house cleaning. They are great about communicating with me if the team is running behind or whenever I need to reschedule. I am always so happy when I come home to my beautifully clean house - it smells and looks so good!!

As much as the cleaning was meticulous, after three broken lamps and two broken window shades, and the expensive bill, I can't help but wonder if it was worth it. They did take $10 off the total for one broken lamp. I took pictures for the other broken items, but no response from the company. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them due to these issues.
