We had a major main line sewer leak in the basement ,I called JA Frederick plumbing and he sent someone out within an hour ,the leak was found and the proper repairs were made I am immensely happy with the repair and the price ,I would recommend him to all my friends .This was my first time using this plumber and will be my only plumber ,thank you so much for your prompt ,professional service .

HORRID service. If I could give a ZERO out of five I would. I called in 12/30 because my heat wasn’t functioning properly. They sent someone out that afternoon. After taking apart the thermostat and leaving exposed wires, the technician couldn’t figure out the problem and said he would send out his manager. Manager showed up Tuesday 1/3 and did not fix it. Instead he said he would come back Friday 1/6 to complete the unfinished work. Friday came and went he didn’t show up nor did we receive a phone call to explain why. I call Tuesday 1/10, same “manager” answers the phone and claims he was sick and wanted to “make sure it wasn’t covid”. Apparently covid now takes away people’s ability to speak and dial a telephone. He goes on to say that he has us “penciled in” for that afternoon or the next day. AGAIN, no show and no phone call. All the while we have exposed wires and a malfunctioning heat system. Don’t waste your time with this company since they apparently don’t respect anyone else’s.
