We had a major main line sewer leak in the basement ,I called JA Frederick plumbing and he sent someone out within an hour ,the leak was found and the proper repairs were made I am immensely happy with the repair and the price ,I would recommend him to all my friends .This was my first time using this plumber and will be my only plumber ,thank you so much for your prompt ,professional service .

I was very happy with the service I received. They were professional and super conscious. They fixed my kitchen drain and correct the problem so it would not happen again. Highly recommend!

HORRID service.
If I could give a ZERO out of five I would.
I called in 12/30 because my heat wasn’t functioning properly. They sent someone out that afternoon. After taking apart the thermostat and leaving exposed wires, the technician couldn’t figure out the problem and said he would send out his manager. Manager showed up Tuesday 1/3 and did not fix it. Instead he said he would come back Friday 1/6 to complete the unfinished work. Friday came and went he didn’t show up nor did we receive a phone call to explain why. I call Tuesday 1/10, same “manager” answers the phone and claims he was sick and wanted to “make sure it wasn’t covid”. Apparently covid now takes away people’s ability to speak and dial a telephone. He goes on to say that he has us “penciled in” for that afternoon or the next day. AGAIN, no show and no phone call. All the while we have exposed wires and a malfunctioning heat system. Don’t waste your time with this company since they apparently don’t respect anyone else’s.

Not sure how this company does any sort of business. This is the first review I have ever done but felt it was necessary to save other potential customers from wasting their hard earned money, valuable time and the feeling of frustration on a daily basis that has lasted months. We had them install heat pumps to our house to replace our oil heating. The job started in July of 2022 and is still not complete! We have had multiple leaks, electrical, and noise issues. They fired employees who installed the system so we thought things would be different once the owner, Jeff, came out to "right the wrongs" but nothing has changed. It is excuse after excuse on why he can't come out or says he will and then doesn't show up and doesn't communicate. I believe he has now blocked my wife's number and has informed his office manager to ignore her calls as well. This has been the worst experience and after spending $23,000 to get the system in place we wish we went with someone else.

Mice chewed through wiring on my AC, but I didn't know that when I came home to an 85°F house on a Sunday evening. 7am on Monday I started calling HVAC companies in my area and, by chance JA Frederick had a technician who was available due to another customer's postponement. Cool air was blowing by 10am. The technician was friendly professional and got the job done quickly. The invoice was provided in paper and followed up via email for payment by credit card. I appreciate the quick, reasonably priced service JA Frederick provided

I contracted JA Frederick for some plumbing work at my office and also at my home. The staff was so polite and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and cleanly. The price was great!

Old style good service..now i know who to come to for Boiler and plumbing. I paid another plumber to misdiagnose.my.boiler

Jason Green came to fix a clogged toilet an hour after I called. At first he said he was booked and could come early the next day, but then he rearranged his schedule and stopped by on his way to another job. He and his crew do great work!

Responsive to request for quote. Professional installation. Pleasant to work with. Install was timely and neat.

However, once Jason was paid, he dropped of the face of the earth. We are having noise when the Taco values close for a zone that is annoying. He stopped responding to all messages. Don't know if this is the way customers are typically treated but this is not acceptable.

My recommendation would be to hold the money for any rebates until you are completely satisfied with the installation and how it is working - else it appears you will just be blown off

We have been using Green Plumbing and heating for business and personal needs for several years. Jason Green is a Holliston resident who is very knowledgeable in this field and is extremely nice and responsive to questions. We have had him on the job for our expansion and renovation of our funeral home in Hopkinton. Jason and his employer, Mike and apprentice, Will are a great team who know what they’re doing and we are so grateful to have had them on this large job. We highly recommend them for your plumbing and heating needs!

Jason is super responsive & has a great team who works for him. I personally have had Will at my house now 3 times to fix things another plumber had messed up prior. The work is top quality, they are knowledgeable on everything, and most importantly always on time. Would gladly recommend.

Tom Lamont changed our heat exchanger and installed a tankless water heater system. He did a great job on both projects. On schedule and no extra charges as well. Highly recommend this company.
