Constraction reviews in Hudson, Massachusetts

We just had Voda Cleaning and Restoration come out to clean our couch, and I honestly thought this thing was a lost cause. We have a small bunny who sometimes gets nervous and has accidents, and a dog who loves to jump up on the couch with muddy paws. Between the two of them, the couch was covered in stains and Dark spots all over. I figured it was unfixable, boy did they prove me wrong.

Ronnie and Al showed up 10 mins before the appointment and were super respectful of our new home that we just purchased two days ago. They wore shoe covers right before they walked in the house, That alone showed me the amount of respect they had for me and my house . In about an hour and a half, they made the couch look brand new again. It smelled great too, which was a huge plus. They worked quickly but clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and they were both friendly and professional the whole time.

I can not get over the professionalism and the pure skill it takes to make a three-year old couch, that was covered in dark spots, and paw marks and rabbit pee, look like it was just bought today. You truly saved us thousands of dollars because we would’ve had to buy a new couch. Has new home owners, you can understand in the year 2025 no one has thousands of dollars to spare on new couch. Me and my fiancé are truly thankful for Voda and The two amazing employees they sent over.

This was hands down a 10/10 experience. Ronnie and Al are the reason I’ll keep going back to Voda Cleaning and Restoration. I seriously never keep anybody’s business card but this This one be hung up on the fridge, just in case our pets decide to stain the couch, If you’re on the fence, trust me, it’s worth it. I would definitely recommend you ask for Ronnie and Al!

Wow, we felt we were in an advertisement as the results were remarkable! We have natural slate floors which are difficult to clean well. Ronnie and Al brought our floors back to the first day they were installed. We’re having them come back to do some more tile and natural stone floors. We highly recommend Voda Cleaning!

Highly professional company that responded quickly and effectively on a Sunday to a water cleanup and drying job in our house. They were very willing to answer any questions and were able to dry out the impacted areas with no lasting damage.

Voda was extremely professional and I truly felt like they worked for me. They also prepared everything my insurance company needed to make sure my claim was processed quickly! Highly recommend!

Nilton is an absolute professional. Beyond his expertise, he is a genuinely kind and pleasant person to work with. He has a deep understanding of his trade and approaches every detail with care and precision. There is truly no doubt that you are in excellent hands.

I highly recommend him without hesitation

Thank you Nilton!

Nilton has been a pleasure to work with so far! We are still in the planning phase, but he communicates very well and has been a breath of fresh air.

Very nice work. Very professional. I would highly recommend N Z Daniels !!!

Didn’t provide quote.

Excellent problem solving skills and attention to details. Clear and transparent pricing. Strongly recommended for your landscaping needs.

Nilton does a great job. Comes as committed on time, finishes the job on committed time and cleans up the area after work.

I hired him to do a few projects one project he took a 20k dollar. Check then stated he has no money to start the project the other project he started and 80 percent of the work is being ripped out and removed . Be careful with this man . Currently in litigation

Milton Daniel has done wonderful job in my front yard.

Cleaned the environment.
Nice and friendly approach
I am happy to give more work

We had Nilton install a small bball court and replace our walkway. Not only was his pricing reasonable, but the work was fantastic and timely. We would work with him again in a heartbeat!

Did great work, everything was great but I would appreciate a little more speed on work.

I recently hired Nilton to plant a tree in my front yard, and I couldn't be happier with the results! He and his crew did an excellent job neatly planting the tree and ensuring that the area was clean and free of debris afterward. Additionally, their spring cleanup for the rest of the yard was thorough and well-executed. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for professional and attentive landscaping work.

Nilton and his team did a great job transforming my yard!

Nilton has provided very professional, responsive, helpful and trustworthy services to my project.

We hired Nilton and his team to install five large Emerald Green Arborvitaes in our front yard. Nilton and his crew exhibited exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and offered a reasonable price. They were incredibly cooperative throughout the process, ensuring our satisfaction before considering the job complete.

Very professional, super responsive and easy to communicate with (which I believe is critical for a contractor). Hired to excavate / pour foundation to support 4-season sunroom addition and deck off it. Went above and beyond adding drainage. Repaired lawn after completion. Highly recommend!!

Nilton did an awesome job planting 10 small arborvitae junior green giant trees. He was professional, showed up when he said he would and did great landscaping work. We had a few challenges surface from a neighbor who had irrigation heads on our property and he adeptly met with our neighbor and moved three irrigation heads back to their property. No issues that he could not solve, talented guy. Thanks Nilton!

Nilton and his crew did an incredible job. Timely and efficient work. Super friendly guy and you can tell he loves what he's doing out there. Our dirt and gravel road was in complete disrepair and he made it like new again in just 2 days. We will surely hire NZ Daniels again for regular maintenance and any other work needed in the future. Thanks!
