Very disappointed. The tech did not clear rugs or other furniture out of the way before he started, which would not have been an issue had he not gotten them soaking wet in the process. We were also not told that we should vacuum under and between cushions before the cleaning - this resulted in wet, dog hair covered couch cushions. Will not be using this service again.

i had a scheduled appointment with a carpet cleaning service in hull. the arrangement was for my carpets to be cleaned between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. promptly at 10, i received a call from bernard, who notified me he would arrive at my location in just 10 minutes. bernard was not only highly professional but also had a warm and friendly demeanor. he did an absolutely incredible job, leaving my carpets looking fantastic. i'm overjoyed that i chose this carpet cleaning service. thank you.
