House Cleaning reviews in Hull, Massachusetts

Kayden and Russell were remarkable. Courtesy, helpful, and explained what they are doing. Setting up an appointment online was easy as well and received updates and confirmations from the day I made my appointment to the day the work was done. Don’t hesitate to use this company or ask for these men.

Very disappointed. The tech did not clear rugs or other furniture out of the way before he started, which would not have been an issue had he not gotten them soaking wet in the process. We were also not told that we should vacuum under and between cushions before the cleaning - this resulted in wet, dog hair covered couch cushions. Will not be using this service again.

Fantastic service! Erik from the carpet cleaning team truly exceeded expectations. We had some stubborn ink stains on our carpet, but he did an exceptional job in removing them. This was our first encounter with a carpet cleaning company and we were absolutely impressed with Erik and his assistant, Jamie from J&M Carpet Cleaners! Erik was fantastic. Very professional and genuine. He responded to all my inquiries and navigated throughout the premises with diligence. My carpets are looking superb and I'm confident my ducts/vents are too. He also took the time to greet my two dogs and ensured to check on them during the entire process, showering them with affection. Thank you, J&M Carpet Cleaners!

This is my second time availing the services of J&M Carpet Cleaners, and I must admit, I'm equally amazed as I was the first time! Their dedication to quality and professionalism from start to finish is commendable. To start with, their pricing is incredibly reasonable, particularly given the excellent quality of work they provide. It's a breath of fresh air to find a company that doesn't skimp on quality even while offering competitive prices. Furthermore, the level of their work justifies itself. My carpets are looking and feeling brand new again. But what truly distinguishes J&M Carpet Cleaners is their amiable service. From the first query to the completion of the task, Jamie was polite, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. So, if you're seeking value-for-money prices, top-quality work, and amiable service, look no further. They've certainly won a loyal customer in me, from Hull.

Jamie and Bernard are an extraordinary team from J&M Carpet Cleaners. They are professional, genuine, and thorough. Collin from J&M Carpet Cleaners arrived right on time and got started immediately in Hull. He clearly explained the carpet cleaning tasks he was about to undertake and executed them superbly! In just 2 hours, he remarkably cleaned three rooms, along with conducting pretreatment, deodorizing, and protective procedures. I'm extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning service provided by J&M Carpet Cleaners. I would recommend them to anyone in Hull in need of their services. Exceptional work!!!

Erik didn't just show up on schedule; he actually phoned me ahead of time to say he'd finished his previous task a bit early and asked if he could come to my place a bit sooner. I was thrilled with his proposal, and he arrived shortly after. As a result, he completed MY carpet cleaning task roughly twenty minutes ahead of time as well. Upon his arrival, he took a good look at my carpet, especially the blood stain that I had accidentally made (don't ask!), and laid out his plan. He answered all of my queries, described his strategy for tackling the blood stain, and then got started with his work. After he was done, I was astonished to see my carpet looking as good as new. The blood stain was completely gone, which was truly impressive. I was worried there might be some leftover, but he reassured me that he had cleaned the stain right down to its core. J&M Carpet Cleaners have been my go-to for carpet cleaning tasks for quite some time now. Honestly, no one does it better. I'm not exaggerating when I say that my carpet looks as good as it did when it was first installed in my Hull home. I'll say it once more: no one does it better.

My partner and I were absolutely delighted with the carpet cleaning services provided by Bernard from J&M Carpet Cleaners. His readiness to answer all of our questions showcased his extensive knowledge in carpet care. His professionalism and polite demeanor were truly praiseworthy. Without a doubt, Bernard is a crucial member of your team. We're eager to welcome him back to our Hull home for another round of carpet cleaning. Warm wishes, from us!

I recently had a medium oriental rug and several upholstered chairs cleaned. I was initially concerned about using a big company that might just spray a lot of chemicals on carpets and call it done. However, from the first moment I spoke with Jamie, I could tell this service was different, and I felt confident in their care. Jamie answered all my questions and kept in touch with me throughout the process, accommodating my busy schedule with ease. She is truly a gem and very professional. Erik, who handled the cleaning, was just as professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and fully committed to making sure I was satisfied. My rug and chairs look fantastic, with no chemical smell or residue left behind. This team genuinely goes above and beyond. I was worried about this whole process, but I couldn’t be happier with the results!
