I want to take a moment to thank R-Chee Plumbing and Heating for their amazing service today. I called and was greeted on the phone by Chris. She listened to my issue and immediately scheduled service to come to my home. Kenny showed up very quickly after he finished the job he was working on. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He promptly made the repair and talked me through another issue, which ended up being user error. All the while, his friendly demeanor solidified that I had found a great team to take care of my family and our home.

On the side of the repair truck, it states: "We build Relationships." I am so happy to have found R-Chee Plumbing and Heating. I am grateful for their help today and would highly recommend them for your home.

Thank you,

We love RChee. They've saved us and helped us figure out some oddball stuff on our last house and our current house.

The R-Chee has always impressed us with their work. They helped us with a few jobs already, and we could not be happier. They communicated clearly and get the job done on time with high quality. It's hard to find a great plumbing company like this one nowadays. So, don't hesitate and call them for your plumbing needs today.

Colin was excellent. He came in fixed what was wrong and was done in about 15 minutes.
I would definitely use R-Chee again.

Ken and Jim were awesome. Professional, cordial, and the entire process from booking with Christine to their prompt arrival and service was outstanding. Would hire again in a New York minute! 👍

New faucet in kitchen, new shower head, clogged tub.

Had used Rchee before and will use them again.

Came out same day and fixed toilet. Nick was very polite and knowledgeable. Service was completed quickly.

Our boiler was not working and Ken came to service the same day. Factory contact was hard to reach, but Ken persisted. Part was needed, came back to replace, but found other problems due to neglect with service cleaning. Now working fine.

I have an old furnace and had 2 separate unrelated problems within 3 days , they should up very quickly when they heard I had no heat and fixed both problems , highly recommended 👍👍

My call was answered right away and I had a service call within 2 hours. The problem was fixed promptly and the 2 service people were professional and helpful. I definitely will call them again if needed.

R-Chee was able to take care of my heating issue the same day - they were communicative, thorough, did not try to upsell me, and completed the work in a timely manner. I will call them again.

Everyone there was great to deal with and the cost was less than expected.

The R-chee team is always great. Ken has been here before and always knows the issue and how to resolve promptly.

I had a leaky ball valve. R-Chee arrived on the scene. Ken used all of his experience and all of his talents and a lot of his tools to remedy the situation. I have new ball valves which no longer leak. Life in Hull is tough on pipes, dogs, gas grills and non native spouses. Ken understands the harsh conditions and made a quality repair. I highly recommend R-Chee Plumbing. I am happy with their work.

Jake & his team came quickly to help us assess our frozen pipe. They were professional & effective in helping us solve our problems.

RChee is always so dependable and responsive. We have used them multiple times, but this last time was for a water heater replacement. They came right out and were able to replace within 24 hours.

Kenny from R-Chee Plumbing was fantastic! He arrived on time, quickly fixed our boiler issue, and was professional and courteous. I highly recommend him!
