Timely response and satisfactory result but could have been accomplished in half the time. I applied the heat myself and most time was spent waiting around for new ideas over the phone to free up frozen pipe.

Water tank broke Halloween afternoon and owner came after his last call to assess. He was able to deliver a new tank the next morning AND had it installed the next day which was a SATURDAY. This company goes above and beyond what I have experienced with others. Fantastic local company.

Ken was excellent. He serviced my tankless heater efficiently and gave extra tips on maintenance. Highly recommend.

Mr Morgan demonstrated his veteran plumbing expertise for us a 2nd time within two weeks. Somehow a 6" x 1" wooden object was flushed down our toilet. We anticipated a long and expensive challenge to remove it from the drain. Mr Morgan, however, managed to extricate it under 30 minutes.
Mr Morgan earned an A+++++++++++++++. He's that good!

Can’t say any more called on a Saturday night coldest day of the year. Jake called right back came and took a look at the system couldn’t get part till Monday morning after calling around part was in Pembroke I went and picked it up called when I returned home Ken came out replaced the part gave me the good and bad about these wall hung units now I have to give it some deep thought about the next step. just amazing. called r-chee on a saturday afternoon before this snowstorm for a no heat, no water. got an AI recording telling me to leave a message but they wouldnt be able to come til monday morning. ugh. i did just that and hoped for the best. will give credit for that AI, very detailed. they called back the next day on the sunday of this past snow storm. a sunday. a patriots game day sunday. a sunday with a snow storm. welp, i will say i got the best. jake was wonderful. above and beyond.

Amazing quick response and resolution once again from R-Chee Plumbing! Our heat went off, we contacted R-Chee and they responded quickly and saved us from further problems. Feeling fortunate that we have them as our heating/ plumbing experts.

Our heater stopped working on the coldest night of the year. We called R-Chee Plumbing and heating at 9pm and they thankfully arrived promptly and fixed our issue in a very short period of time. Our technician was Jake and he was amazing. I Highly recommend R-Chee Plumbing and Heating!

Obsolete leaky Burnham Boiler and heat exchanger replaced with a Navien Condensing Combi. Very nice neat install. Ken and Ken enjoy their work. It shows.
